Felt like their report was very honest. We have some smaller problems, but nothing emergent. An estimate was prepared, but since it wasn't a pressing problem, we are postponing the work until next year.

The ladies who came were prompt, professional and very nice. They did an excellent job!

I have used SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC. both professionally and personally for over 17 years. They are the most customer service oriented company that I have dealt with from start to finish. I have used SteamMaster numerous times for carpet cleaning for my own home and for property management. They show up on-time, the employees are extremely professional and highly qualified in their profession. Every employee beginning with Lorraine or Roseanne who answers the phone to the technicians, three who stand out in my mind, Wayne, Carlos and Ziggy, who perform the work have positive attitudes and top notch customer service skills. I have used them for restoration/remediation several times and they are remarkable in their timeliness response as well as their remediation techniques. All of the employees always go above and beyond in customer service every time I use them. I recently had a flood in my home and they basically saved my new wood floor from being replaced. I would recommend SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC located in Minturn, CO for all carpet cleaning and restoration/remediation My work. Their advertisement slogan, "One call does it all" doesn't do them justice as they are the best service provider in the Vail Valley area. Sincerely, Karri W

great service... but way oversold the problem. I was shocked when I got the bill. I paid 1500.00 to save an old marked carpet are that was 12' x 25' ... the carpet was worth about $500 with installation.

The quality of the work was excellent. The service personnel were professional, efficient and courteous. The price was very fair and competitive.

The cost of the second company was a separate charge. The work Steammaster performed was done competently and satisfactorily. While it was not inexpensive, we are glad we used Steammaster to do this work for us. The work was performed in a timely basis and the work crew was extremely polite. Because of the mouse issue and the concern regarding deer mice and the Hanta virus, it was necessary to have additional protection for the workers and they were able to provide that service. I personally consulted with the appropriate Department of Health for the State of Colorado before the insulation was removed with the proper protections in place. It was a major project and throughout all employees showed respect and a willingness to discuss any concerns I may have had at the time.

They came out and cleaned our carpets in our home the end April beginning May. They cleaned 4 rooms for us and about 2 cleaners came out to do that. They stayed for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. We have used this company another time too in the past. I trust the work that that they and they do a good job for us. They do a basic carpet cleaning for us. Their pricing has changed over the years.

It was great. They come out 2 times a year and we have been using them for about 10 years. They clean the carpets and surfaces. They do this in about 8 rooms. They do a good job and show up on time. They normally come about a couple days after we call them.

It was great. They did a fine job. I manage several units and we use them for all the rental homes. We have use them for so many years and we have trusted them for many in our units. Typically there are about 5-6 carpet cleaners who come out. These are rental units and there is a lot of wear and tear on the carpets; and they use the right chemicals to get all the stains out. We used them for carpet cleaning and in the past we have also used the for water restoration too.

They are fantastic. We have them do carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for us. They do the carpets in about 3-6 rooms. They are dependable and do a great job. They have great results and they have reasonable prices too. They are trustworthy. They also do the steam cleaning for us where they withdrawal the dirt instead of . We have used them about 5 times throughout our home and our office. Normally 2 cleaners come out in our home.

They service is outstanding. I have been using them for several years and I have been always pleased. They have cleaned some carpets and upholstery rugs too. They clean about 5 rugs and about 4 rooms. They are very efficient. They do an extremely good job. They also show up on time and come when they say they will.

They are great. They are efficient, timely and do a good job. Mostly we use them for carpet cleaning. We are in the construction business and after a construction, if we need the carpets cleaned, that is who we call them. Over 40 years we have used them a lot. They staff is corgile and they are just very professional.

It was average. They did skip some corners and made some mistakes on the billing. I have used them before, but the 2nd time they claimed that they washed some things that they didn’t. They did a pretty good job in the cleaning side, but the administrative side was not accurate.

They are great. I use them once a year and I have been using them for about 4-5 years. They show up on time, clean the carpets correctly and there are no debates there is never any hassle. They clean the carpets for me in about 4-5 rooms. Just one cleaner comes out and they normally stay for a couple of hours. I always use them, because they are also easy to schedule.

they make every effort to get appt asap. They are prompt, friendly and calls when completed.
