Tim, the technician showed up two hours late for the appointed time. I did receive a call near the scheduled time of arrival saying he would be 1 hour late. That turned into 2 hours late. He did a fine job of assessing the problem. He was friendly and considerate, offering to put booties over his shoes to avoid tracking in dirt. He was well versed on my system (as his shop had installed the entire heating system in 2011). This was my first dealing with Sibley and I used them because they had installed and serviced this system with the prior owner. The hourly rate for service is a bit steep ($110/hr). When parts list was provided I double checked with the plumbing dept. at Home Depot and see that there is a 100% mark up on parts. So, for a boiler valve/backflow combo I was charged $185.87, whereas the same unit is for sale at Amazon for $90.40, and at Home Depot $99.98. He took it upon himself to service the unit which I appreciated, but was not part of the service call. He was competent and knowledgable. His joints were neatly soldered and he cleaned up after himself.
