Description of Work: I purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal. Apparently, quite a few others did too and they were swamped. On top of everything else, the weather was not cooperating. Through all this, Tomas was professional and kept me informed via phone call and email about the status of my service. On the day of our appointment, Tomas and his crew arrived a little earlier than planned (which is a good sign in my opinion). Tomas was pleasant and friendly and patiently went through all the projects I wanted done. He had to leave to go to the next project, but introduced the fellow in charge should I have any questions or concerns. His crew got to work and accomplished everything in the time allotted. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: The first service I hired them for was great. I hired them again for the same work. They did not come for the scheduled appt. and did not call to notify me of a problem. This continued for three more days at which time I cancelled the work. The customer service and customer support is nonexistant.
