From the beginning to the end, Tomas was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and willing to meet our budget. His vision of the landscape job was inline with ours and was completed on-time and done beautifully. His crew was always on-time also and did great work. Esp. Gabriel, his crew foreman, who was always responsive to our questions and any concerns, which they usually were always a step ahead of us.

Tomas provided all of the information before even starting the work so I had a clear understanding of the work to be completed and the cost. His team did a great job on the project and my front yard looks better than before. They came back to make sure that I was satisfied with the job.

Tomas and his crew has done work for me over the past 5 consecutive years. They are the best. From simple landscaping to complex retaining walls and custom lighting they do flawless fair priced work. Stop your research and bid collecting and choose them.

Tomas and his crew was very professional and diligent. He worked to ensure that all items were done to our satisfaction. He is awesome to work with and takes responsibility to ensure project is done correctly and is able to envision the end state. He may not be the lowest bid but he will work within your budget and he will ensure higher quality and satisfaction. We are very happy with our new outdoor living space.

It went extremely well. I am so pleased with the work that Tomas and his crew performed. They worked steady, were very respectful, cleaned up every evening before they left. It all turned out even better than I thought it could. I WILL use them again.

Our backyard flagstone patio was crumbling and sinking in areas and needed a facelift. They gutted the entire area and rebuilt it and now it looks beautiful. They laid a sturdy base and edged with block stone for a clean and natural appeal. They then re-installed my original flagstone with polymeric sand and sealed it. The patio has a lower level and they built a step with embedded safety lighting. Tomas was very attentive and we appreciated his ideas along the way. His crew was professional and respectful. I am very happy with my new patio!!

Tomas and team were very efficient and very professional. Tomas took a personal interest in making our project something he would be proud of, as well as, us. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend his company to others.

I used this company for 2 years and was basically satisfied with their service. They were always in a hurry and finished mowing my yard in about 10 minutes. The only down side was that if I called and left a message, it would take 7 days for it to be returned. The final straw was when I called & did not receive a callback for 4 weeks.

On our first home Tomas was fine. On our second home I am sorry to say I can't give a good report. Some of the materials used were inferior and the way the landscape was done was not well done. I.E. we have a sidewalk that is washing away and nothing was done to stop it. We had one tree done and Tomas was hard to locate to have tree replaced. We finally replaced it out of our pocket. Then we were asked if anything else could be done. We asked for a sprinkler line and it didn't happen. Tomas kind of left us hanging. Our conclusion is that Tomas got way bigger than us and moved on to bigger, faster business.

Even though we didn't need the job done immediately, we wanted a landscaper that could do it before winter and I was hopeful that Tomas would be the one we hired after several interviews, but just like another company we interviewed in here, we never heard back. We were assured we'd receive a quote in about a week and a half but two weeks went by and there was no quote sent. I shot off an email to inquire and there was no reply. Another week goes by and I emailed once more. After another 5 days I called and never received a call back. If the company is too busy to be taking on new jobs then it's a waste of the customer's time to meet and discuss what's needing to be done. If our job wasn't worth his time and profit margin then we should have been told up front. At this point, they won't receive our business and we'll continue on the search for the right landscaper but just be prepared for non responsiveness from this landscaper unless of course you're planning to spend $50k+, and then you might be made enough of a priority to at least get an email back.

It turned out great and we love our new yard. Very professional from the bid to the very last close out.

This is the second big project we've done with Tomas. He's easy to work with and flexible. It's a very busy time of year for landscapers and it showed at times with some delays and a little less attention to detail than the first project he did. Still, Tomas is always willing to make the work right.

They were on time/ they kept me posted about the job. Very happy with results

The Landscaper suited our needs perfectly. Not only was the team friendly, they were incredibly efficient. They took our unusable back yard and transformed it into a beautiful outdoor living space. They built an incredible retaining wall that turned our ugly, uneven hill into a beautiful flat lawn with freshly laid sod. They planted trees and bushes for added privacy and shade. They created a xeriscaped area for a fire-pit with additional seating. Above all, our favorite part is the gorgeous new patio. They created a natural looking patio that appears to belong in the yard. It's not just a huge rectangular slab. Everything flows together and feels home-y. We couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely be calling The Landscaper for any future needs.

Tomas came out quickly and surveyed out wall and patio. Then said he'd get back to me with a by the end of the week. Two weeks went by so I called him. He said he get the proposal to me by Friday. Friday came and went with no response. The work was going to be expensive and the structural engineer came out and gave me drainage to do lists in addition to more landscaping work. So, I need a reliable company. I gave it the usual, The Springs takes a while to respond, but then I gave up.

It was a good price, it was an Angie's List special. They gave me a lot of information on options for upgrading my sprinkler system and the guy had a lot of information on how it works. They were very informative.

I was really hoping to hear back from Tomas or his crew about an issue that I noticed shortly following completion of the project; however, after two months with no reply I doubt that this issue will be addressed at this point. We noticed that a conduit had been pulled far from the exterior of the house, causing the box to pull away from the house at an odd angle. We initially thought that it had simply become dislodged and could be moved back into place. Upon closer inspection, and trying to fix it, we realized that it is buried more than 6 inches (we have yet to reach the point where it will move). Highly unprofessional to leave this in such a state, and more so to ignore calls and messages requesting that it be fixed.

Great work, attention to detail, flexible and responsive to our requests...will continue to use and would recommend to anyone!

Tomas and his team were professional during all of the work that took place. They were able to start quickly and cleaned up the work space every afternoon--important since I have two dogs and we spend a lot of time in the yard. Tomas was very accommodating to last minute changes and requests, and was very knowledgeable when addressing questions or concerns. I am so happy with the final product, and would gladly work with The Landscaper LLC again in the future.

In the end the project was complete satisfactorily but there were some issues along the way with the workmanship that required correction and continued oversight. The retaining wall was initially positioned incorrectly and had to be moved. The retaining wall drain pipe was left out and had to be added and the outlet trench dug for the wall drain resulted in dirt dumped on a rock bed that had to be cleaned. In all cases, owner Tomas quickly resolved the issues when they were brought to his attention and he was very cooperative and easy to work with.

Tomas is fantastic. Every time I have needed him he has come through. He is usually pretty busy, but have patience and he will get it done. We had a problem where rabbits dug a hole in our retaining wall side, and then up to the top. then when it rained it washed all the dirt down the hole and all over our pea gravel. Tomas came out and plugged up all the holes, got the dirt out of the pea gravel, and then grooved the top of the dirt so it would channel the rain water away from our yard. He does fantastic work.

Great! On time and on budget; as promised from the estimate. The team was great! Worked quickly, did exactly what I wanted, put up with my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. Great to work with!
