It didn't... He no showed 3 times

Thank you Angie's List! Tomas turned a huge, dried-out backyard into a nicely planned xeriscape yard with areas for planting, if desired, and installed low maintenance, drought tolerant bushes. It is now rock, mounded areas with mulch, and flagstone, and has lovely pathways all around and a sitting area. At the other house, he moved out tons of ugly gravel, and came up with a plan for mounded planting areas and pathways. He came up with the ideas for both homes that I never could have envisioned. He and his crew were on time, reliable, very nice, and courteous. He (unexpectedly, and thankfully) put larger "standing/work areas" where I hook up hoses to faucets, and even measured the distance between my steps as I walked so that he could properly lay the flagstone paths for me. After my neighbors saw what he did, and how I raved about him, they have asked for a bid from him for a project that 4 or more homes will join in together. I think the cost for his service is very reasonable, given the ideas he comes up with, and the work he and his crew do.

I had purchased the 4 hours of labor for $99 deal and when the workers came out I had them turn mulch and trim all of the plants and bushes that needed it. I also needed a dead tree removed and hauled away. They provided great work. They worked hard and I needed a little more time to complete all of the work on our yard. The cost for the extra time was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend The Landscaper LLC.

Never got in contact with the service provider. Messages were left on their voice mail but I still received no response. I gave up on them.

Discussed what needed to be done and they did everything we asked for the agreed upon price. Asked for the owner's card so that we may contact him to do other work at our home.

I payed for services March 30th and had one email from provider and no follow up telephone conversation. Email stated work couldn't be done tell mid May.

The job was completed quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. I greatly appreciated how the team tidied up and ensured all debris was removed...not a twig left behind. Tomas was very conscientious about scheduling and when we had two weather delays due to heavy snow, he called immediately to reschedule. We asked for input on xeriscaping the back yard and Tomas provided great ideas /suggestions. We are so impressed with his expertise and work ethic that we hired him and his team to design and complete the backyard project.

Lots of pine needles to clean up. The Landscaper LLC showed up with 4 people, which means that the deal was for 1 hour of work. The work was large enough to require around 8+ man hours of work. The clarity around the increased cost could have been a little clearer but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the work ? I didn't have to do it myself! :)

Very fair price, easy to deal with, punctual, quite pleasant employees. I will definitely use this company again.

I purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal. Due to their schedule and the weather, it took months to get the job scheduled. Once we finally got it scheduled, on the day of the service, they arrived earlier than planned. For me and my spouse, this was not a good thing. We both work, and my husband had already planned to leave work in order to meet the crew. But once they called and said they were arriving earlier, I had to leave work in order to greet them. They explained the details about debris removal, which was an extra cost to the original deal. I said that I didn't think we needed debris removal, but asked them to bag the leaves/debris, and we would decide later if they actually needed to be removed. When I returned home, I discovered the leaves were in piles, but not in bags. And, the back yard didn't even appear to be touched. I don't know if they ran out of time, or what. But I was quite disgusted to find piles of leaves in my yard when I clearly explained I wanted them bagged.

We could not believe his fast they worked and how efficient they were. Two men worked for two hours and got the entire valley part DONE! They went ahead and did the entire length of our driveway which took another 15 minutes, so we paid them extra. We are amazed that they could handle such a big job so quickly. They did a perfect job; even blew away all leaves in the driveway so they left the place cleaner than when they came. We have hired many workers to do this job over the years. By far this was the most efficient and least expensive Tomás called to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time, looked t the job and got his two men here right away and they did the job. No hassle. Tomás was polite and so were his workers. If we could give an A+ then that's what i would give this company.

Absolutely a fantastic deal!!! We were very pleased with the results and I could not have asked for better, more complete service for the price. I will use again and recommend to all. A+

These guys showed up and went to right to work after I specified what I needed. They were very through and cleaned the yard up very quickly. Will definitely call these guys again when and if I need more assistance with my yard.

Quickly done - and nothing dry was cut down which we thought would be the case.

There were some scheduling problems due to weather...but once we were able to schedule the job, the company performed the job speedily, punctually and even hauled-away more material than was in the original deal. Company owner is friendly and professional and his workers got the job done very satisfactorily.

The yards looked great! The house is now on market with yards that are no longer an eye sore! Thank you!

They cut down tree branches and removed them. I had them do extra work so I paid more than the "Big Deal" but that was my choosing. They were nice. The first time we had scheduled to come, they didn't call or let me know they weren't coming. There was bad weather but I still thought they could have called and let me know they weren't coming, then I called them to reschedule. That was my only concern.

The project went fine. Workers arrived on time and worked throughout the day. Tomas, the owner, was responsive to my last minute changes. Tomas met me at the rock place to allow me to see the river rock before I made my decision. He did a good job supervising his three workers. Tomas communicated well--went out of his way to explain things and answer my many questions. The project finished ahead of schedule. I hope to work with The Landscaper again in the future.

WOW! That sums up the wonderful work of The Landscaper. Tomas Montoya was so professional and courteous as was all of his landscaping team. We live in a neighborhood where all of the nice lawns are dying because of drought. We thoughT we would like to go with a drought tolerant front yard and had 3 different companies come out to give proposals. Tomas came in with an excellent price with excellent ideas. The work was performed beautifully, timely and most professionally. Our dead grass has turned into a beautiful yard of small boulders, plants, mulch, river rock, flag stone, etc. I would never use anyone else! The neighbors are already stopping by to say how beautiful it is. I have the feeling we will have quite a few inquiries as to who did this beautiful work. Our front yard is like a big, beautiful piece of art work thanks to THE LANDSCAPER!
