We made an appointment to have our house moved a month ahead of time and got everything setup with the assistant for a Sunday. Everything was going smoothly until we got a call from that same assistant 3 days before the move telling us that she made a mistake and had forgotten they don't move on Sunday's. I told her that we had to give up possession of the current property on that Monday, so we had to move that Saturday or Sunday, she told me she couldn't do either and that they could schedule us for the following week, I told her that was not acceptable, but she had a "meh" kind of attitude and told her there was nothing else they could do. I followed this up by sending a direct response to their corporate office in regards to the situation the following day. During that time, the corporate office made contact with the manager for that office and then in turn that specific manager called us to apologize. He advised us that there was a miscommunication between him and the assistant, and that the call was meant to see if we could push back the moving date since they don't move on Sundays, if not, they still had people on standby to move us on that Sunday. I advised him that in the 24 hours from the time it took from when the assistant told us the bad news to him calling me back, we thankfully were able to secure other movers (our brokers son and some of his friends), so we wouldn't need there services any longer. I also advised him that waiting until 3 days before a move is not an acceptable time to call back and advise a customer that they can't do it, it puts the customer in a bad spot. The manager understood and was very apologetic, I told him I do appreciate him calling back and trying to right the wrong so to speak. I would have given them an "F" if it weren't for the call back and apology, but a "D" is more than appropriate for this particular situation. I would still recommend the company as we have had them move some things for us in the past and have been pretty awesome with it, they just need to make sure they are paying attention to the days they are scheduling people and not calling 3 days or even a week before someone has to move so they're not putting that customer in a pickle.

I did not select this provider because when I called and spoke with the lady on the phone to ask about their services, she was SO RUDE that I selected a different company! Everything I asked her was responded to with a rude and unfriendly response! I could not believe that a business-owner would be so rude to their potential customers. Also, their price was more than some of their competitors, and she estimated the move at $1,000, when in reality, using the other company (Billy Goat), the actual move was $700.00! SO, I am submitting this review because you can use a company with more professional folks, at a lower price.

removed hinges from doorways; did not replace them. removed hinges from doorway at new residence when not necessary. removed handles from refrigerator doors; did not replace them.Unable to disconnect gas range, but I was not made aware of that ahead of time and had to get the fire dept to do that as no plumber was Neglected to attach refrigerator plumbing and leakage occurred for which I had to call emergency plumber to correct' Altogether a very unprofessional job.
