Worst contractor experience I have ever had. We contracted on March 10. The project was complete mid September. Lied about the situation before we had to threaten contacting the Colorado AGs office. They also tried to shake us down for final payment before the job was complete.

TNT did our deck in the summer of 2019. It was literally the worst job I have ever seen. None of the railings were straight or lined up; none of the deckings were straight, and they put the main posts in the wrong place and had to come re-pour concrete footings after it failed inspection. Boards were put in the wrong way, so much of it was unfixable. The inspector had to come by 6 times in order to pass the deck. TNT came out multiple times to try to fix what they could, but much of it was unfixable. Debating tearing the entire thing out and starting over. It was a total and complete waste of money and they have not made it right. Beware. I am not writing a review just to trash them. I wish I had been warned. A total disaster.

This company and their people were every professional, talented, and hard working. They were polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any kind of construction job.

Their contractor Jairo Reyes is someone whom you can trust to complete your project correctly. He paid close attention to detail and kept us informed of needed changes, and explained the reasoning behind those changes. My wife and I are more than happy with the quality of the work, and the professionalism exhibited by Jairo and his crew.

We were very impressed with this company’s work on our deck. We were able to communicate openly with the owner and he promptly responded to any concerns and or questions we had. The Site Manager, Bo was also extremely accommodating and professional. The crew worked diligently and it was obvious to us that they were experts and knew just what they were doing. We would recommend TNT to anyone looking to improve their home.

I am impressed with Home advisor in getting people that are in the area and have a good reputation. I will be using them again when I need more work done. T-N-T came out and gave me an instant quote, while I was in the research of who to hire. they gave me a time frame of getting the deck done and called when they had an earlier date to complete. they came in and had it done within a week. I would hire this company again.

After going through a contractor who disappeared part way through the process and one who gave an estimate and then increased it by almost 50% right before closing, I found T-N-T through HomeAdvisor. I called and their rep came out on a holiday to get the measurements and offer the bid. Not only did they offer me a product that was exceptional in both quality as well as warranty, they came in at almost 3,000.00 dollars under the first two bids. The salesman was honest and up-front, the bid process went smoothly, and the time frame to completion was exceptional. I plan on using them for additional projects after this one is completed, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new deck!

TNT used subcontractors who did a fine job but were not licensed in my city. Inspector put a stop work on the job. Took almost a week to resume work due to the city and lack of communication between TNT and the subcontractor. Yesterday's re-inspection says we need a handrail on the deck. I have texted TNT and not heard back yet. Tad is a bit slow to respond when things go wrong. He takes a day or two to text but doesn't often call back. I would like to hear back on the same day or at least by the next day. The salesman said it would be a 3 day job. So far it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping they install the rail and get it inspected and finished this week. That will be 3 weeks.

They are prompt and easy to work with. Corey did a great job on our deck and was very personable as well. Job was completed on schedule

They did amazing work, and we could not be happier with our new deck. Very easy to work with and they give an excellent product for a very fair price.

T-N-T was easy to work with. When issues arose, they were settled quickly. It took 3 months for the work to start, but once started the work went well. The project included taking down the existing deck, taking away the material, and constructing a new deck.

They moved me up on the schedule by two weeks and came every day weather permitted until finished, even on the weekend. Courteous and hard-working. However, I'm still waiting for them to return and finish off the edges of my steps to the deck. 7/5717. A couple of weeks ago, a piece of siding they had to remove, cut and then replace fell off and they never had come back to finishe the edges of the steps. I called again and they finally came back to fix the siding (took two calls). They painted the step edges.

Amazing work. Amazing design. We are thrilled with how our deck turned out.

Deck looks great

One star is one star too many!! I ordered a redwood deck & pergola ordered 4/29/2016. The job is still incomplete as of 8/15/2016. I had to forego the pergola as it shipped far beyond the expected date.There was absolutely ZERO communication with me from either the salesperson or the owner. I had to initiate every call. Though I informed the salesperson of where I wanted the deck & the dimensions, that got screwed up as well. Materials were switched from redwood to cedar without informing me. Had to send most of it back and had to find redwood from a different yard on my own & inform the subcontractor where to get it. It has STILL YET to pass inspection. The joists were improperly installed, the stairs look awful and are not squared off. Some of the wood looks awful & is already splitting. NEVER got any calls from the salesperson or the owner to follow up with the build. Every aspect of working with this company left me wondering how they stay in business. The entire process of working with this individual has been painfully difficult & would highly recommend avoiding using this builder at all costs. He does not seem able or willing to deliver what they promise.

These guys were great! Responsive, professional. They were on time or early. Did a great job.

Use of poor quality material. Some parts of this project are not lined up. I should have paid more attention to what they were doing.
