+ -1 moreThe service was horrible. The landlord had to clean the house all over again after the cleaning service finished. The landlord ended up charging me part of my deposit because the house was still so dirty. I was not able to inspect the entire house after the work was completed due to circumstances of the move. I trusted them to do a good job! When I called Damen to let him know the work was really bad, he promised to meet me the next day to give me a check back for the money I spent and refund the entire amount. When I tried to call to set up the time to meet, he did not answer the phone or call back. My last attempt to get a hold of him, he realized it was me calling and hung up on me. I never rec'd a refund check from him as promised. DO NOT USE THIS Company. This is a scam artist at work!
Description of Work: I hired Damen and Switzer to clean a rental we moved out. They were hired to clean the whole house. I came back to check on them and the maid was getting ready to leave the house early and I tried to work with her on a few areas to clean better before she left.

+ -1 moreBuyer beware! Horrible experience and not worth the time and effort. This is a property we had rented in Fort Collins and wanted it cleaned for the next tenants.
Description of Work: The house cleaning services provided were completely sub-par. Damen and his maid only did a surface clean (and a poor one at that!) on a contracted 100% thorough clean. The house was supposed to be move in ready for the new tenants, yet I myself could have done a better job. They did not bring the proper cleaning tools and had to use my mop and broom. After re-scheduling to have the job finished the next day, Damen never showed! He demanded payment up front, AND forgot he was contracted to steam clean the carpets! Needless to say, the job was never finished and Damen got away with the money. What a scam artist! Do not use this company, it is run by a dishonest and disreputable individual.

Description of Work: Gentleman came out in a fancy jacket with company name spoke very professionally. When ladies did work, a third of the requested items were not done. Took 3 calls to get them to complete job. A month later, the cleaning lady tracked me down to inform me that she was never paid for 5 jobs she did for the company. Do Not Use!
