Isaac Tippmann performed our yearly furnace inspection and tune up. He is very friendly and professional and did a great job explaining what he had done including pictures of key components and a checklist with measurements. He was also very careful to not track up our carpets using booties every time he went in or out of the house. I would welcome Isaac back for any of our HAV service needs. Swan installed both our furnace and air conditioner and did an excellent job both times. They communicate well and are always there when they say they will be. I highly recommend Swan.

Swan always does an amazing job! I have used other companies before. I will never use any other company at this point. All of Swan's technicians are very well trained and know how to troubleshoot HVAC systems quickly and with ease. I am very impressed by their service and technical knowledge. I have been using Swan since 2016.

The guys (Steele and Brock) arrived promptly. They worked hard while they were there. They paid attention to detail and were very thorough, making sure they got all of the vents. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished. They were very pleasant and personable. Overall, we were very pleased with their work and the results.

This company is LEGIT AF! We researched who to call to do a tune up on our AC unit and decided to give Swan a try. Little did we know we would meet the love of our heating & air conditioning needs 😂😂 I LOVED that they sent me a reminder email of the appointment , they also texted me a photo of the technician that would be arriving including a bio ( how fun ! ), and we were blown away by the expertise of Tony Garofalo!!! This is a technician you can trust !!! He went above and beyond with the service request and has gained a new client for life! Swan is doing all the right things!

Dylan T. and Steele arrived at our home and were very professional, thoroughly discussed the install and resolved any concerns that we had to include unit placement, routing of line sets and condensor anchoring. Every task was first class and they were pros. I will refer SWAN to our neighbors in the future. It was refreshing to find a good company in Loveland, CO. that we could trust. Andrew Nichols did a great job explaining everything and made the sales process very painless. He did a thorough analysis to determine our needs and we ordered a 2 stage Amana air conditioner. Installation was finished on time as promised the next day and everything is working great! I also had Swan install an Amana modulating furnace about 18 months ago, and it has exceeded expectations. Our house has never been more comfortable in the winter, or summer. I would highly recommend both Swan and the Amana products.

Rob Q. came out to perform maintenance on our air conditioning. He was on-time, friendly, and professional. He thoroughly checked the air handler and compressor unit outside. He documented all of his findings and went over four pages of things he checked for and explained them to us. We knew that he was honest when he said that our ten year old air conditioner is in good shape. He mentioned something about a capacitor that may be going bad, but we could still probably get another year or two out of it. He did not try to sell us anything or attempt to promote any other services. He did suggest an electrostatic air filter, but was not pushy about it and sent us an email with an estimate if we are interested. Overall, I could not have been happier with the service. Rob is very dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Based on what he told me about Swan's owner and the company, I'm sure the rest of the technicians are just as good as Rob. I will be using them to service my A/C and heating for a very long time to come.

We had wonderful service. The whole staff was wonderful to work with and very professional. Drew helped us to make the right choices for what we needed. Dylan and Isaac were wonderful and worked so hard to get everything installed for us.. They made sure to answer any questions we had. We also had the air ducts cleaned and the guys did an awesome job. The ladies in the office were so helpful... Great job to all the Swan staff.. We appreciate all your hard work.. A+

We have a contract where they come out twice a year and do a tune up to the unit. They did a good job.

When Swan came out and they installed a new air conditioning system. Even before they did that, "who installed your heater and A/C" and I told him and he says "This doesn't match the size with this". I'm like really and he says "where's your? Why is this not vertical" This is the return vent "I don't know" and "where's you release valve in case this thing floods" "I don't know" "They didn't put that in"" You need that" The worst part was that the city of Fort Collins, the inspector, he didn't catch these things. How'd he miss a major thing like that. Why didn't the city catch this. Yeah they're busy. Sometimes they just look the other way and things like that. Swan was the first company that told me the honest story and they told me everything. What was most impressive about them continuing is that the people who came out and troubleshoot when my air conditioner stopped working had a college degree and he's like wow. It was impressive. It's more than that. It's that they invest in time and patience and learning how to do things right. I was very impressed with that. In addition, I had a new ac installed in the end of May and a couple of weeks later, I had some issues. It wasn't their fault. They came out and they basically had to remove pretty much everything. They removed the freon or the refrigerant. They basically had to spend the whole day. Of course it was under warranty because it was only like a month old, they went above and beyond what they needed to do to make me happy. It was zero dollars out of my pockets because it was under warranty but there was some flooding caught by a defective drain pan in the a/c unit. Not their fault of course but now they know better to look at things like that before they install it because it was a huge crack and a manufacturer defect. It was dripping below into my furnace area. I said listen, I think we need to move the furnace away to get the water out from underneath and they kinda like well let me talk it over with the owner. So when they actually came out to do the work to replace the a/c, they said yeah we'll move it. sure enough there was huge puddle of water. It was good that they did. I said take a picture of that and send it to the owner to show that he did the right thing. So I have nothing but incredible praise for this company and like I said I will never use anybody else as long as I live. I just can't believe the lies everyone else is doing and they're not having educated people install equipment. I loved these people. In fact, I called the owner one time. I wasn't trying to reach him. I was trying to compliment them. I got the owner and I gave him a huge compliment, kind of everything I'm saying to you minus this is before I had to replace the a/c part cause they did some other work on my house. I just compliment them completely and I told him how I feel and all these things and to my surprise he sent me a gift certificate. I know this is hard to believe, I've had a hard time believing this too that this actual honest company out there, who knows what they're doing. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan which I don't normally like doing but why would i used anybody else at this point. They know what they are doing and I'm confident. In addition, they picked a ac company that, that actually manufactures the ac, Amana. They explained to me some of the reasons they picked them. I was like "wow" and read about them and was like "alright, well why don't these other companies use them." "They are trying to save money" blah blah blah. Just hearing that. I did research on the Amana unit and I was like "Wow, that was a neat unit"

I was in the service club where you pay something like $20 per month to have preferential service and free heating and air con inspections once per year. I had never used that service so have since decided to discontinue that. But before I did, I did get them to come out and do an inspection of both. The tech did a very good job, fully inspecting both and giving me a report immediately. I would use them again, but both those systems are usually pretty reliable so I don't think you need to be in a club like that.

Rob and Andy did an exceptional job installing the two systems that were designed for us. They were always extremely professional and courteous. They always wore shoe coverings when entering our house and covered the hardwood floors with tarps to protect them from any potential damage. This was a three+ week project and they always cleaned up each day before they left. The equipment was meticulously installed by them. They always took the time to answer any questions we had throughout the project. It has been a pleasure working with them. We had major design problems with the old system which caused major temperature variances throughout the house and our propane usage was extremely high. The new design seems to have solved most of the issues and the staff has worked diligently at trying to rectify the few remaining problems. They redesigned one of the zones and will be making some changes to another shortly, which I am confident will solve these issues. I somewhat expected that some adjustments would be needed after we got to test the system due to the size and complexity of it. Phil from Swan also ran tests for the rebates from Poudre Valley Electric and completed all the necessary paperwork for us. I used them again to install an A/C unit at another building and Rob and Andy performed the work (per our request) . I am also hiring Swan to do the annual maintenance on our systems. We are extremely happy we decided to go with Swan after getting bids from over five different companies.

From our first contact with the employees of Swan Heating and Air Conditioning we knew we were in good hands. Our furnace stopped working toward the end of last winter and we knew that we needed to replace it. They stopped by first to double check what exactly needed to be replaced and completed the installation that day. Their employees were knowledgable and dependable; showed up when they said they would be there and accomplished the job when they said it would be done. Highly recommend this company!!!

They were fantastic! They came out, and helped me with some couple of things. They were very responsive, very friendly and very professional. Also, their service price was great! I've been to different company, and they're the most reasonable. They're very responsive to my renovation issues, and great cost across the board. They're fantastic!
