Good Job However, one of my bedrooms completely smelled after the cleaning. We had to clean again with a home carpet cleaner & tons!! of dog hair came up. I don't blame him for the hair but that he didn't notice it when he cleaned? Otherwise, he did a good job & responded VERY promptly!! Thank you,

Called me first thing in the morning after I requested the job with Service Magic. Showed up when he said he would and was finished early.

He came to my home and spent time analyzing what reaaly needed to be done with the cat urine smell on my carpet. He then said that my carpets were still really clean and that all he really needed to do was spray an antibacterial on the carpet. It saved me quite a bit of money and the smell is gone. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Robert did a good job stretching carpet even with the bed in place. The carpets looked very nice and dried fairly quickly. He even cleaned an area in our basement without me asking for it. His price was very reasonable.
