I have use Starshine 2 times now they clean the carpets nicely ,both times. However The second time i dont know it they deoderized it .As it is a rent house and i have had alot of feed back the the basement carpets look clean but still smell of pets .I was completely satified with thee service and the speedyness of the work they did How ever i dont exspect maricals ,i just wish the carpets would have had ben deoderized better .I do recomed this company to everyone ,just ask remind them to deoderize them better .Thank You

Robert did an excellent job, but his phone bid was $175 and he changed it to $200 when he got here.

Gave a complete quote over the phone and came the next day! The carpets looked fantastic afterwards. The rotary tool he uses lifts the nap of the carpet while it cleans so our very old carpet looked great when he was done. Very good job for the price!

VERY polite and professional, cost was fair. He has a rotary brush on his hose which I had never seen before. It really pulls out the dirt I have used Robert many times and will plan to use him again

Bob with Starchine cleaning was very quick to call after I made the inquiry. That was good. He asked me about the number of rooms in my house. I explain the rooms or "areas" in my home and he quoted me $150 on the phone. I scheduled the cleaning and when he arrived he raised the price to $200. I was not happy with that at all. He also left a 3 foot scuff mark on my laminate floor that he tried to clean with a STEAM CLEANER which RUINED that area (about 6 square feet) of my laminate floor! He did not appologize, but asked if my floor was under warranty! Carpets were very wet. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
