Robert did a great job on our carpets. We were thinking about getting rid of all the carpet due to heavy stains and black marks around the walls when we bought our new house. He got everything out, except a few spots!! We were highly impressed and are anticipating his yearly return.

My carpets are light and there were several places that didn't come clean - I had to call them to come back. Robert was friendly an willing to come back - he just seemed like he was in a hurry the first time and didn't expect the results either. Where my carpets weren't really dirty - they looked great. There are still some spots I'm not real happy with; but, I referred him to my mom to see if it is just me!

StarShine did a great job. On time, and finished our large office furniture installation by the deadline we requested (which was a very demanding schedule). I was very impressed with the job. i'll absolutely use them again, and i'd highly recommend starshine!

I requested he extract as much water as possible as our house was going on the market in two days. When he left ($200 plus a $25 tip) everything looked wonderful though we noticed the stairs were extremely wet. Next morning we realized the entire stairway appeared to be stained. I emailed Robert Sunday afternoon, he responded promptly saying he had a job in my area and might be able to come by. In the meantime my contractor told me he had used too much water and that the color from the wood under the pad and carpeting had leeched through. Had to hire a new carpet cleaning company to repair the damage done by Robert (another $195).

The work performed was shampooing of carpet and furniture, the result was better than anticipated. I would highly recommend Starshine Cleaning.
