I needed a last minute professional carpet cleaning and Robert was the only company that was willing to make room in his busy schedule. Thanks to him I got my entire deposit returned.

They called right away.And also came the day I needed them there.

Robert was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

We have a solid color on our sofas so some brush lines were left. Robert came back at no cost and worked hard to clear up brush lines. He works clean, leaves no mess, very reasonable charges. He does a thorough job, cleaning the entire sofa, not just the visible parts, and he will go over spots and stains per customer request.

He called me almost immediately upon putting in my request. I hired him, 1st come 1st serve. We own a rental house that we are working on and decided not to replace the carpets yet. Our carpets are 9yrs old and they were cheap when they were 1st installed. Being as we were having renters living here we did not want a lot of money tied up in carpeting that would most likely be ruined with animals and teenage parties etc. He made our old cheap carpets look almost new again. While he was here he cleaned our fairly new loveseats and chair. Did a great job. I am very pleased.

Very friendly, helpful, really liked that he walked through the house and looked for any bigger stains to be removed. He got all the stains. He is very neat.
