Awesome work! He spent time moving furniture, thoroughly cleaned the carpets and they look great and feel fluffy again! This was well worth the cost and I would recommend Robert for your carpet and vent cleaning needs!

I had a small issue (dog threw up ) the day after cleaning. I called Robert and he told me how to deal with it. I was very appreciative. All is well.

The set appointment window was noon to 1pm, he arrived around 2:30. I was under the impression he would spot treat stains, and would use an enzyme product to help me prevent repeated urine in problem areas. What his idea of spot/stain treatment is I found very disturbing. He poured (soaked my floor) Odo-Ban (a product I can buy at any Home Depot) on the areas pointed out, that's it! My carpets smell better, but they don't feel clean at all. They actually feel WORSE! Now my carpet feels like it has a sticky residue on it & in the problem areas where I'd requested "spot treatment" are still so wet. I had him here on the 12th, I still can't put my furniture back because my floor is wet! I've had 4 fans blowing on my living room floor for 2 days & it's still wet! My carpet is worse in my opinion now than it was before I hired this guy. This was my first time using HomeAdvisor & it will be my last.

The technician 'disposed' the waste from steam cleaner in my garden (where I plant veggies & strawberries for grand kids). No info regarding environmental impact of chemical used for cleaning.

The cleaning solution he uses is excellent.
