It was done when I was not at home(that's how they usually schedule),so I just trust them to do what they promised. Both brothers were very professional and explained the treatment when I was talking to them

Well the tree looks much better now after they've showed up. Great job! Also they're very professional in how they handle their business and they showed up exactly when they promised too. A couple of minor critiques: 1) At $640 it felt a tad expensive considering the amount of time they were out there, etc. 2) They really should shorten up their work queue. One month and change from initial contact to performing service is a bit far out there. Try and get another work crew going :-) 3) Wasn't a big fan of how they went fishing for other work around my property (yeah one tree is looking a little worn too, and I'm aware of the Emerald Ash Borer but not really a fan of pesticides in my yard). First let's stick to the job in question, then we talk about other work.

They were here to remove the neighbors tree and needed to use my drive way to access the neighbors with the crane. They offered me a discount for access to the neighbors trees through my driveway and my trees were in the way. Both the neighbors tree (Absolutely huge Cottonwood tree) and my three trees including the 30-40 foot maple were gone by lunch. I will definitely be calling them in the future. Really nice group of people.

Did a great job of cleaning up after the job which is an issue I have dealt with in the past. They have been doing this for a very long time and are very good at what they do.

Remove trees ,cleaned up,and hauled away

It went very well. They were very professional, prompt and courteous, cleaned up after themselvels and did a great job.

They came out on short notice to give us an estimate since we were only in town for a short while. They definitely had an understanding of the trees and they explained the types of trees and what the pruning would be for specific trees. The identified some trees that we could trim instead of having removed. I thought the price for what we got was very good. They were professional, a knowledgeable arboriculturalist, excellent knowledge of the condition of the trees and appropriate removal or pruning regime.

They arrived at the scheduled time prepared to do the work. A tenant at the property became very upset and aggressive (although the date was scheduled and communicated weeks in advance). The crew did a professional job of communicating with the tenant, myself and the property management company at every step along the way, while continuing the very large job. The work was finished on time and came in at the estimated cost. All and all a job well done with an above and beyond performance from the team.

These guys were great. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again myself. I am used to seeing the city tree service trimming trees on my street where there are many large mature trees so I was prepared for it to take much much longer. The guys showed up on time with a bucket truck and all the equipment they necessary to get right to work. I live right in town and these trees are huge... I was very concerned about the branches hanging over the neighbor's house. After about 6 hours of work, however, the branches were down, picked up and gone. My yard was was raked and driveway swept. The trimming done right and the trees looked much better. This was about a week before we had that giant ice storm that wrecked trees all over town. I didn't lose anything so I was especially happy about getting it done when I did.

I thought they did a very professional job. They were pretty much on time and they did what they told me they would do.

The crew of two arrived on the scheduled date by 8 AM. They had a bucket truck to move around the tree and a large chipper and trailer to get rid of the branches. There was a lot of dead wood in the tree and it needed pruning desperately. I had thought that it would take a couple to days to finish and was surprised when they finished by about 3 or 4. They cleaned the entire mess as they worked' chipping the branches into a trailer. Then when they were finished they raked the leaves and blew the driveway clean. When everything was finished they even gave us some advice about other trees that we had recently planted. These (pleasant, friendly, and professional) guys really know their way around a tree. I would not hesistate recommend them.
