Russ did excellent work. His price was very reasonable. He was punctual, explained exactly what he was doing, and completed the job according to the schedule we discussed up front. No surprises. High quality work.

Russ was very friendly and knowledgable. he was very accommodating in getting the job done. The glass 4x4 pieces for the backsplash had some defects from the factory. He struggled with getting them to look just right. He even went back to the manufacturer rep and showed them the flawed pieces. They would not replace the tile. Russ even offered to reinstall the backsplash with no additional labor cost to us. Only he and I can tell where the problems are really. I am disappointed that Florida Tile would not replace the defective tile but impressed with how Russ worked hard for us and the bathroom is excellent!

He was really good, very patient and methodical, punctual, clean and fair in his price.

Job was completed over 2 days. We had to allow the material to dry. Came back the second day and did the clear silicone caulking. Good color match and good job overall. I would use him again. Another plus is that he is local.

Went extremely well. Love my new kitchen tile. I liked his previous work so well I had him do another job for us. Once again, he was very neat as it took 3 days to complete the job. The tile I used was very much like granite in that it had patterns in it. He worked with me to match the veins as they flowed across the countertop. He is very prompt arriving exactly when he says he will and his estimate of time is also accurate.

Mr. Hungsberg was prompt and very easy to work with. We had a leak in our wall. Indications were that the grout was leaking. He gave us options for an hourly rate to just pull some tile and patch or a quote to redo the entire shower. We chose to redo the shower as there had been a wall leak before. He estimated his time well and did a great job.
