Description of Work: Scheduled a quote for one day. Painter then realized that morning (when I called after he didn’t show) that it was Labor Day. Moved it to the next day. Then he said he couldn’t come because of snow (no one got any snow that would have prevented him from coming to look at it). Rescheduled for another day. texted to ensure we were on. No reply. Called. He answered and said “yeah I’m really busy and that’s a small job so I’m gonna pass.” This was less than half an hour before our appt. I said well I wish you hadn’t scheduled this quote three times in that case, I get that it’s a small job but this has been scheduled and rescheduled so many times. He hung up on me.
