Very quick on finishing project. Was higher bid than other submits and was expecting higher quality structure. Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy.

Troy was great to work with. We always knew what was going to happen each day. Arthur and Holla did a beautiful job on our tile and they were there when they said they would be. Did a terrific job on the side gate. Door replacement had a small problem with the insulation foam, but Troy came out on a Sunday and corrected the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Troy came up with the design of the replacement deck. I absolutely love what he did. I would highly recommend him and have done so.
