Patrick was the answer to my prayers! My water heater went out and I needed someone who could convert the old tank to a tankless system. My kids and I were without water for over a week because the first company I contacted was a no-call/no-show. But Patrick was able to stop by and provide an estimate the next day. Not only was Pure Water Services able to complete the work quickly but it did not cost an arm and a leg. I can not say enough good things about how Patrick helped out out when we really needed the help. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a water heater conversion!

The crew arrived on time. Work was started and they asked to see the relevant connection in the crawl space. Digging down 5 ft to get to the base of the meter connection. Put plywood down to load dirt on to. Installed new copper (!) to replace leaking plastic. Covered all and even replaced shrubs! Excellent work.

Gentleman was very professional and friendly. It appears that he did a good job. The toilet now works very well and I am very grateful for that.

I am very pleased with the work that they've done I also had a couple other Plumbing issues that was taken care of as well and it was great that he did not make me wait to get those done. It was nice to have someone that is well experienced.
