+ -1 moreWorking with Kathy at RE/MAX was a delight. I found her through her great reviews here at Angie's List, and wasn't disappointed. Kathy is knowledgeable, realistic, and aggressive, which is the perfect mix for a realtor. She was highly organized and on top of deadlines, and was able to help me manage repair work on my home, coordinate with a photographer, and ultimately make the sale in very short order all while I was out of state. Her market analysis was comprehensive, and she did an excellent job presenting information to me in a way that made me feel good about the decisions I was making without feeling pressured one way or the other. She's super easy to communicate with, and always made time to be available for a call when it was necessary. I was a little nervous that the process of selling a home from out of state was going to be tough, but it simply wasn't on my end, and I think Kathy deserves a lot of credit there. She takes her work seriously and she's got the best interests of her clients at heart. I'd recommend her without reservation and will certainly engage her again if I have a future real estate transaction in the northern Colorado area. Thanks, Kathy!

Kathy was very attentive to timeline issues after our offer was accepted by sellers to insure all went smoothly. The recommended home inspection firm provided the necessary information to evaluate the property. Very good follow through and sound advice was most appreciated and made the home purchase process a very positive one.
Description of Work: Kathy Scribner provided us with realty services in our search for a home in the Fort Collins/Loveland, CO area. Kathy was very attentive to our desires and needs in the new home and provided us potential properties to review online and in person. Kathy recommended mortgage brokers and various service providers which proved very helpful. In Kathy's absence on vacation her colleague, Billie Jo Downing provided excellent service.

Kathy patiently walked us through how everything would work, clearly communicated what our next steps should be and even set us up with a mortgage broker who worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate he could. She also scheduled an inspection for us and discussed the results over the phone. She then negotiated the offer with the sellers and we agreed on an acceptable price, etc. Kathy made us feel important by not rushing us through the houses and by taking as much time as we needed to explain how everything would work. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and 8 years later am still very happy with my house, the price we paid, etc. Oh and she set us up with someone to install the Radon machine thing too. Thanks Kathy!
Description of Work: We were living in CA and wanted to buy a house in Loveland with some land. We contacted Kathy Scribner and she put together a list of homes we could look at online. We worked with her to narrow it down to several homes we liked. We then scheduled a trip to Loveland and Kathy showed us each house and discussed with us the specific benefits and drawbacks of each. It was obvious that she had our best interests at heart. The last house we saw was perfect and Kathy put in an offer for us.
