One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - Loveland

We were entering the warm months with a broken air conditioner. Our only option was to replace the unit. Alex Santana came to our house and educated us with all of our options. Alex was knowledgable and patient with us when making this huge decision. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. The whole experience was easy, fun, and enjoyable. Thank you 1Hour and Alex.

If I could give negative stars I would! The tech didn't call before he got there, and didn't wear a mask. In assessing our heater his service sheet said the heat exchanger was rusted, cracked, warped and in "Dangerous condition" and that the induction motor was bad. recommendation was furnace replacement at a cost of between $4000.00- 6000.00 depending on standard or hi-efficiency model! The hot surface ignition module was blinking with a 2 flash error code which is indicative of a pressure switch/sensor problem. We called another company the next day and got a tech out within an hour. He took the heat exchanger out and showed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, checked the induction motor again nothing wrong. checked the ignitor, nothing wrong, assessed error code took out pressure switch cleaned it put everything back together and fired it up! Worked just like new without replacing any parts! And NO CHARGE! One hour charged us $90.00 to BLATANTLY LIE to us

I called for service and installation of two return air vents. They explained they could not provide same day service but scheduled it for the following day. I asked also that they provide an estimate for replacing my furnace. I asked and they explained on the phone that the person doing the service could also do the estimate. I needed timely service as I had a basement inspection scheduled and need the return air vents installed. The representative who showed came to give the estimate but said he could not do the service and their service guys where one week out. The reason I called this company was I needed timely service. This company totally misrepresents themselves. They do not provide timely (1 hour) service, could not provide the two day service they promised can caused me to fail my inspection.

Rich was very professional and thorough. We have a leak in our A/C which will require a follow up, and we’re staying with One Hour.

Mat determined that time was fine. He checked out the furnace and all was working as should.

Everything was fine. Tech was professional and easy to communicate with. Covered by my service agreement. I have to pay $128 for 4 electronic filters for the new filtering system that was installed a year ago.

Our relationship with One hour has been very rocky over the past year. I was pleasantly surprised by Will’s level of professionalism when i waged my complaint. He instantly sat down and asked probing questions to understand the issue and supplied an out of box solution. He looked through our entire system and found a cheezit bag was the culprit!
