Mike helped us design a large boulder retaining wall for our back yard, and was extremely helpful in this process. He is super knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

It went very well. Michael and his team understood my needs and wishes and were helpful with ideas, seeming to catch on to my tastes. The work was done quickly and I received lots of help with plant choices.

Mike Bradley from Naturescapes is top notch. We first hired him several years ago to build a paver patio in our backyard. We've since had him back to do major landscaping in our front and back yards including rock removal, sod installation, overhaul of a planter area, boulder installation, and more. Most recently he replaced a window well and helped with a solution to combat a chronic drainage problem we've had on the north side of our property. I can't say enough wonderful things about this man and his company. It's so hard these days to find good quality work from honest dependable people. We plan on working with him again when we want to remove some ailing aspens and plant another tree on our property.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job communicating and performing the work with and for us. Our project was to xeriscape the entire front yard and include hardscaping elements. Mike's creativity and work, in the parlance of our times, really tied the yard together. We couldn't be happier with him and his crew.

Mike and his crew did some landscape rework for us including cleaning up the old mess, moving sprinklers, and installing new rock beds. All the work was excellent and I especially appreciated the good communication and response times. They even went out of their way to help my neighbor with part of his project when he needed a hand. Overall we had a great experience with Naturescapes them and would recommend talking to Mike and crew about any landscaping work you are considering.

Mike and crew were extremely quality conscious, knowledgeable and efficient, completing all paver work on time and budget. Mike is very fair, flexible and easy to work with. In installing the new cutting-edge irrigation system, we ran into a few issues resulting from manufacturing errors from the irrigation system company. Mike was tenacious in working with them to correct the issues and ensure the system worked correctly. Mike follows up on commitments, does quality work and is true to his word. You will not err by choosing Naturescapes!
Description of Work: Mike and the Naturescapes crew demolished and extended our driveway, demolished a side yard are which had rotten railroad ties and gravel and installed beautiful Belgard Dublin Cobble pavers in those areas. The crew also removed old grass and installed new sod and topsoil in specific areas. In addition, Mike installed a high-tech, water saving irrigation system in all lawn, ornamental and vegetable garden areas.

They were very professional, very courteous, communicated to us always (even after the job had been completed). The quality was top notch, and I am a quality engineering professor teaching online courses in a graduate quality program for California State University, so I am very cognizant of excellent customer satisfaction and quality services and/or products. They finished in mid-July, and they have kept in touch with us for any questions/concerns since then. I just spoke to Mike this week regarding our yards. They also fixed some problems with the front yard due to some irrigation errors from the landscaper that put in our front yard with the new build. This is our second home, so we are not here all the time, and they made the entire process very easy and effortless. We are new to yards as we resided on a boat and in a desert landscape (no grass), and they were extremely helpful to us regarding the upkeep of our yards. I highly recommend this company and Mike and his team.
Description of Work: Mike and his team completed the landscaping in our backyard from dirt to a finished backyard. We had Kentucky blue green sod, a sprinkler system, and trees and many plants put into our back yard (new home, so the backyard was just dirt and a fence prior to our landscaping project). They also put in a river rock along the sides and entire backyard perimeter along with our plants and trees.

Mike and his staff removed the existing timber and dug quite a bit off dirt for the new retaining wall. They had some great suggestions on product design and look as well as the flow of the area in the yard. The construction of the wall is such that I will never have an issue again with with drainage or overall strength.

The yard is now absolutely beautiful, will stay that way year-round, and comes with a 10-year guarantee. Mike and his office staff were professional, friendly, delivered as requested and very promptly, responded to questions/requests without hesitation. Don't be put off by the price if you're considering artificial turf -- there are many different thicknesses and grades available. I know Naturescapes provides a variety of landscaping services, and would highly recommend them for anything they offer based on my experience. I originally found Naturescapes via Angie's List, and was not disappointed!

Once again, Naturescapes to the rescue and provided our family with new patio areas that we can relax and enjoy for years to come. Mike and his crew again were very flexible with our schedule and the changes we would dump on them when they would show up to work. We had several additional items we wanted to add to the work and all were completed on time as promised. We would daily ?here is what we are going to accomplish today? and ?here is where we are? as we left to and returned from work, never was left in the dark about what was going on. Mike was also able to save us money by finding a different type of paver that still met our wants and needs, he always had our best interest at heart. The small patio was a last minute addition to the project and turned out great. This is our last large project with Mike and his crew since that have taken good care of us over the last three years completing all our landscaping needs, they will be missed since they have become a part of our family. If you?re looking for a landscaping to be done, Naturescapes is the one to get it done for you!
Description of Work: Mike and his crew installed a paver patio by the house in place of the existing patio. The paver patio was set over a compacted base with a leveling agent material and screened to a perfect level. The patio shape was basically the same as the existing patio with approximately 250 Square Feet. Patio was built with the Dublin 3 piece style with a Dublin large square as a border piece that will also be used as a border along the walkway and a border around the stone patio in the corner of the yard. The patio was compacted and polymeric sand was used in the joints to lock the pavers into place. Naturescapes also installed a small patio in the corner of the backyard, built using pavers to match the new patio by the house.

This team of three was very professional, courteous and conscientious. My husband and I work from home and we have two dogs - so during demo and rebuild of the outdoor space - there always seemed to be lot going on. Not once, did it impact our work from home, as a matter of fact, the team was not only professional and courteous to us, but incredibly conscientious of our dogs and their need to be outside periodically throughout the day. Couldn't have asked for more in this regard, they seemed to be part of our family for their weeks here and the dogs loved the extra attention. As for the work itself - spectacular! The whole of the project was completed during the winter, as weather would permit and the result is exactly what we wanted! The team was honest, upfront and very open to design discussions along the way. They kept us in the loop regarding the work, different phases and what would happen next. We were very impressed when they uncovered some potential issues outside their scope of work and brought them to our attention immediately. Helping us assess the best way to move forward, so that we were able to address the issue quickly. We also found their attention to clean-up in the evening and before weekends exceptional. We never worried about the dogs being in the work space after hours, as they took great care to make sure the space was safe. Overall, they were professional, hardworking, and honest; detail oriented and dedicated team giving us a very successful outdoor living space renovation. We would hire them again and are already planning future expanded projects from the work they've completed.

Mike and crew are always professional and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. A number of our neighbors now rely on Naturescapes for their landscape needs as a result of our experience. Fundamentally - we trust Mike to do the right thing or to make it rig
Description of Work: Naturescapes updated and modified back yard landscaping they installed in 2013. This involved replacing mulch with hardscaping and installing sod and associated sprinkler infrastructure. They also updated our front yard by removing the contractor-grade gravel and replacing with larger and more-colorful cobble.

It went great! Mike and his crew were very flexible with our schedule and the changes we would dump on them when they would show up to work. We had three additional items we wanted to add to the work and all were completed on time as promised. We would daily “here is what we are going to accomplish today” and “here is where we are” as I left to and returned from work, never was left in the dark about what was going on. We left artistic license up to Mike when it came to flowers for the flowerbeds, all we told him was “lots of color and something that would bloom at different times during the summer months”. Being this was our first summer with the new yard, he nailed it, we have lots of color and there is also something new blooming! If you’re looking for a landscaping to be done, Naturescapes is the one to get it done for you…we are currently working with them on our backyard/patio but that will be another review once completed.
Description of Work: Naturescapes provided our family with a new front yard that we are proud of. The landscaping took about two weeks to complete and included the following. Removal of the flower beds along the house in the front yard to included removing the existing mulch, weed fabric, weeds, rocks/bricks, and shrubs. Once removed, beds were leveled out and brought to the grade of the existing turf while leaving a positive grade away from the house for drainage. A roll top metal edging was installed around the perimeter of the lawn separating the turf from the bed space. Edging will be used to separate the turf from the bed space on both sides of the driveway and will be installed in the areas previously discussed. Also installed was a 10 year weed fabric over the surface of the soil in the bed space and will be held in place with 6 inch steel pins. Next was the installation of 30 perennials and 3 shrubs. The species of plant material will be chosen at the time of the project installation. Each plant was installed with a premium grade plant mix used as back fill around the root balls. Last was the installation of a 2 to 4 inch river rock over the surface of the weed fabric in the bed space on the sides of the house. The river rock was installed at approximately 3 inches in depth and removal of the shrubs along the East side of the driveway. All shrubs where removed and the root balls will be dug out as needed. Then we had sprinklers installed in the front yard that included 2 turf irrigation zones and 1 drip zone in the front yard on the West side of the driveway and one additional zone of irrigation was installed in the lawn to the East of the driveway. To complete the job, we had installation of a premium plant mix soil over the surface of the native soil in the area designated to have turf installed. New soil was installed approximately 2 inches in depth. The soil will be screeded/raked to an even grade and will be roller compacted prior to turf installation. The turf will be installed and cut into place to fit the space. Once completed, Mike and his crew did a complete cleanup of the yard to included disposal of debris, pressure washing of all concrete surfaces, and a general organization and cleaning of the property as needed.

These guys are the nicest bunch of folks you will ever meet! They put your interests and ideas first, are very professional and are just downright honest. They listen to the customer. They do their best to make the results match the picture in your mind. They succeed. The owner (Mike) will draw up a landscaping design of your choice and is very knowledgeable. I insisted my design would have no funny angles that would be a pain to run the mower and edge around when I cut the grass. Mike delivered a 'mow-able' design but also had interesting design elements, making my landscape plan one of a kind and it was affordable. They even installed a beautiful dry stone waterfall element in the backyard next to the tumbled cobblestone patio that is the envy of the neighborhood. I have had them come back after my initial large landscaping job was done and add more stone hardscaping to my home. They make sure the job is done to your satisfaction and if there are any problems that pop up after they have left, they will come back and troubleshoot it until it is fixed. Bill is a master with all things relating to stone, custom cutting if needed and he takes his time to make sure every cut and placement is perfect. No wasted materials when Bill is on the job. Four of my neighbors have also contracted with Naturescapes to do their landscaping as well. Each neighbor's finished yard is unique and beautiful, reflecting the vision of the owner. It's a real testament of how good these guys are when your neighbors love what they see in your yard, have seen the team in action and want Naturescapes as their landscaper of choice as well.
Description of Work: Cut and installed custom Colorado Fed field/flag stone path and stairs from the front driveway, down the side of the house and across the back of the house to a patio. Installed tumbled cobblestone patio. Installed back yard irrigation system with additional drip system added to existing irrigation system in the front yard Delivered large landscape boulders and installed them in both the front and backyard with placement per my direction. Delivered and installed landscaping cobbles of various sizes and installed metal edging around planting beds.

I contacted Naturescapes in early April 2013 for an estimate. Actually, I told them that I wanted a backyard and have an amount of $26000 for the entire job. What can they do for me for that amount? Both Mike and Jeremy submitted two separate plans to me that were amazing. We sat down and finalized the plans, and work was supposed to begin in mid May. Work actually began around the end of June. Soon I noticed that things were being changed and omitted from the actual plan that we settled on. Mike was finding that this project was costing more than he thought, and he just told me that it didn't fit into my budget. I even paid other people to remove some trees and demo my old deck and fence, which were supposed to be part of the $26000. I had to engage in intense negotiations to keep the paver patio and water feature. I gave up a pergola over the patio and walls with built in seats on the patio, and a storage area for my lawnmower, as well as about 50% of the plantings. I also gave up a side fence. I was disappointed, but I understand that there obviously wasn't a lot of experience in estimating. And I certainly don't begrudge a person making a profit. We all have to eat and cover our expenses, after all. Then in September, after all the rain we got, the lower patio sank significantly in the center under the fire pit. The upper part of the patio was moving too, but not badly at that point. By this spring, the upper part of the patio was no where near to being level anymore! There are dips and hills all over it. Mike said he would repair the upper patio and he considered it under warranty, however the lower patio he wouldn't cover, because he considered it to be an and quot;act of godand quot;. He quoted me $1200 to repair the lower patio. And said he could repair the upper patio in July. I called the other day to firm up a date, and Mike said they couldn't get around to it until September or so. Now I'm really unhappy because the tied up my back yard all summer last year trying to get this job done with only 2 or 3 employees working at a time on it, and now the patio is a mess for this summer, (at least). It seems that they have no intention of repairing their faulty work in any kind of a timely manner. I've got to say that Mikes response is complete trash. My yard was never flooded, and had my brother not gotten involved, I would have gotten far less done than I did! I have given Mike an opportunity to correct his mistakes, however, so far, he has chosen not to do so. He has also chosen to not refund the amount he charged me for the patio. I will be pursuing this through the legal system. I have had the paver company, and a certified inspector verify that this was a really incompetent job of installation. Next time I will be sure that the installer is ICPI certified. Wish I knew about that before! I would NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone for anything, however minor!

Response from Naturescapes LLC
(Member name removed) contacted us like she said in April of 2013. We met with her and later came up with a several designs that we were proud of. She gave us a budget and we proceeded to estimate all of the drawn ideas that she wanted. During the estimate presentation we explained to April that with her given budget we would not be able to do all of the work that was drawn into the designs that she wanted. We recommended that she find other contractors that would be cheaper to take on portions of the project to help her stay within her budget. We estimated that work could begin in mid-May but that it could change due to other projects and unforeseen circumstances. She seemed to understand and still agreed to go along with us doing the proposed work. Like we had predicted, there were delays both due to weather and unforeseen circumstances on our other projects that delayed our start date with (Member name removed) . We did our best to stay in contact with (Member name removed) to keep her up to date with our progress and to let her know our projected start date would be pushed back as we had told her may happen in our original discussions. Once we started the originally agreed upon work, (Member name removed) began adding new scopes of work to the overall project. When I saw that these new work items were going to be over and above the originally agreed upon budget I put together a list of the new items on a change order list and neatly explained how the new work would be “x” amount of dollars over the originally agreed upon budget. She took the change order sheet and thought about it for a day or two. Then she scheduled a meeting with us and brought her brother in who is a retired contractor to help mediate the discussions. She was upset that we could not do the additional work that she had requested and still stay within her budget. Once we explained the change orders and what it took to complete the extra work, her brother spent several minutes going back and forth with her trying to explain to her that she could not have all of the new change orders done without the cost going over her budget. After her brother explained everything to her she still did not want to exceed her budget. So we proposed having an additional contractor come in to build the fence in an effort to save her some money. She also decided that she would like to change some other aspects of the project to help offset some of the changes. For example she agreed to reduce the planting quantity to 50% of the originally estimate number and, she agreed to take out the originally estimated pergola and patio walls. She also wanted to add a water feature and additional work in the front yard. In an effort to try to make her happy we researched and called a fencing contractor to build her fence for her along the back of the property. In trying to help her we did not mark up the fencing contractors rates even though it cost us time and resources to find and work with the fencing contractors. We also did other favors for her, for example we patched the foundation of her house and added insulation to her floor joists at a wholesale cost and, leveled her sons “house/shed” that he lived in in the backyard. We also had the electrical box rewired to bring it to code once the electrician looked at it calling it an electrical fire waiting to happen. We also painted the foundation patch on the back of her house to help out since she didn’t have time to do it herself. Everything we did in addition to the original scope of work we did at the most minimal cost to (Member name removed) in an effort to help her out and save her money. Our original estimate remained the same and never changed except when she approved change orders. In September, we had the most devastating flood the state of Colorado has seen in decades if not centuries. As a result of the extraordinary amount of water flowing through her backyard a sink hole developed under her patio and caused a center portion of the lower patio to sink approximately 6 inches. Since then the upper section of the patio has begun to sink into the same hole and is beginning to cause upheaval in some areas while other area are sinking into the hole. The joints are cracking and coming apart which are all characteristics of what happens when a sink hole of this size is under a patio. For the record: When the patio was constructed there was approximately 10 inches of soil removed and replaced with ICPI recommended road base and leveling material. Each 2 to 3 inch layer that was installed was compacted multiple times as prescribed by the ICPI guide lines. The patio was built to meet/exceed industry standards for paver patio construction in the state of Colorado. We even added a drain system around the patio to help mitigate water runoff from the surrounding landscape. I received a call from (Member name removed) shortly after the flooding had subsided and we scheduled a meeting to discuss her patio. I came over and looked over the patio and gave her a verbal quote of $1200 to fix the patio. She was unhappy and asked if I could give her a break since she was a victim of the flood. I told her that I already was giving her a deal since normally the repairs would $1800 to $2000. Later that week, I sent her a written quote showing the standard repair cost and showing that I was giving her a discount since I had sympathy for her and her situation. The following spring I received a call from (Member name removed) asking for another meeting. I met with her and she showed me where the upper patio was beginning to crack and fall into the same hole. Again, with sympathy for (Member name removed) I decided to offer to fix her upper patio and write it off as a warranty cost. With this offer she asks me to fix her lower patio as well at no cost. I told her no, that I could not warranty the entire repair and that she would need to pay for the damaged lower patio and I would fix the upper patio along with it for free. I then explained to her that all of these problems are originating from the flood that had occurred the previous September which are also known as “Acts of God”. Then, seemingly upset that I was not willing to fix the sink hole for free, she threatened to sue me and my company if I did not do as she was demanding. Trying to avoid a legal battle, I decided to eat the cost and do the repairs. I then checked my schedule and entered her repair project in to my list of projects for the summer. The estimated time frame for the project repair to start was July. About 2 weeks later I received a call from (Member name removed) asking for a specific start date for the repair. I explained to her that we were having normal extenuating circumstances on our other projects that had pushed her repair project back to August and may run into September. I explained that she was still on our schedule and that we would get to her as soon as we possibly could and that I would be in touch when the other projects were drawing to a close. She became very upset and quickly got off the phone. I also understand that (Member name removed) was upset that her project took longer than she expected to complete last year and that we only had 2 to 3 workers on site. In response I would like to say that we did indeed start out with 2 to 4 employees on site in the beginning of her project, which is our standard crew size that we send out to each of our projects. Once we found that she was adding work to the project and that it was going to exceed the expected time frame for completion we decided to consolidate our crews to work on her project with all of our personnel. We did our best to work as quickly as possible despite her changes to the project. We are currently working as quickly as possible to finish our current projects to get to her repairs. In my mind we have done everything that we can possibly do to make (Member name removed) happy. The way I see this situation, this really comes down to, she wants something for free and clearly wants to take advantage of a group of guys who have tried to help her multiple times. She has been a victim of a natural disaster and she cannot afford to pay for the repairs so she wants to get something for free and has to try to force me to do what she wants. In any and every other situation that I have run into where warranty work has come into question I have always been willing to work with our clients even if it is not our fault. As this situation is clearly a natural disaster in which no one is to blame. She has been a difficult client to work with from day one and is proving to an increasingly difficult client to try to make happy. I regret doing business with this client and will be updating my contract to more clearly cover “Acts of God”. I will also do my best in the future to fully explain how our timing estimates work and strongly emphasize the variables that come into play. We have offered to fix the patio free of cost to (Member name removed) and are doing our best to get to it as soon as we can. We have done our best to make (Member name removed) happy and she seems determined to take advantage of us and our good nature. There is nothing else I could have done to try to make her happy. Some people are just determined to be upset.

Mike recently built us some stone steps (see review in "stone & gravel section"). We were so pleased we hired his crew again to transform our lawn from a scruffy, steep, very hard to mow hillside full of rotted tree stumps and other holes to a usable lawn that is a visual asset to our home. Two retaining walls and a little scree wall were built out of native rock from our property to hold the many truckloads of soil (approximately 160 cubic yards) brought in to fill in the hillside. Topsoil was added, and some composted horse manure we had on site was mixed in. Mike and his crew worked hard for several weeks on this project. The wall was built with an angled slope for increased stability. It should be noted that our native rock isn't exactly uniform, which I'm sure made stacking it especially challenging. Our new lawn slopes gently away from the house. The crew took extra time to compact, screen, rake, and level each layer of soil and compost well before the sprinkler system went in and the sod went on. The sod looks virtually seamless, and is nicely cut around our shrubs and paver stones. It took awhile for a timer to come in, and Mike made sure the sod was properly watered in the meantime. Mike and his crew are hardworking, cheerful, professional, and take a lot of pride in doing their work carefully and well. Mike was flexible with our changes, and I appreciated his willingness to incorporate what we had on hand to make the project more cost effective. He adjusted the bill downward, as less soil than anticipated had to be purchased. We appreciated his diligence and integrity. I wish I had good pictures of our lawn before, but we only have snow covered ones, so only afterward ones are attached.
Description of Work: Built 2 drystack retaining walls, filled in our hilly "lawn" with lots of dirt, installed a 2 zone sprinkler system and a sod lawn.

We are completely delighted with the steps! Mike and his crew moved and placed about 3 tons of native rock from various parts of our property. Some rocks had previously been excavated, but a few needed to be dug out of their current location and moved. Mike has this small bobcat-like device that was perfectly suited for moving rock in our challenging terrain. The rock stairs were placed at a nice elevation for going up and down them. They look great on the property and from the road; I look forward to when the grass fills in & it will look even nicer. Mike and his crew were hard workers, on time, courteous, and had a good eye for what rock would work best where. They put a capstone rock on top of the hill that is my new favorite spot to sit and have coffee and look at the view. After years of rebuilding my own sad set of steps up and down this hill, and sliding down on the slick bentonite during every precipitation event, I am thrilled to be able to walk down to my horse shed without fear now! It was definitely worth the investment!
Description of Work: Mike and his crew built stone steps down a steep hill on our property using rock we had.

Scheduling - it took us awhile to find Naturescapes, so installation portion of project did not start until mid-summer. Once installation was underway, it proceeded quickly. Between completion of design and start of installation, it was easy to stay in touch via phone and e-mail. Naturescapes also worked with us to keep homeowners association informed of design details and installation start date. Design - our primary goal was low maintenance and the Naturescapes design met that goal, provided attractive features and included a very innovative solution to create a path across sloping ground from front porch to backyard gate. Minor changes to the design arose during installation; they were easily resolved and readily implemented. Design changes caused no delays. Price - based on talks with a few other homeowners, our project was toward high end of the price range. This is largely due to materials, specifically boulders and better-grade (finer) stone used over large areas. But you get what you pay for - the boulders add a sculptural aspect and the finer stone gives a nicely-finished look. Naturescapes was sensitive to our concerns about cost to add drip irrigation and found an economical solution. Personnel - great people: punctual, hard working, friendly and flexible. Very committed to quality results. Kept us informed and always willing to answer questions / explain details / discuss options. Considerate of our neighbors. Work area always cleaned up at end of day.
Description of Work: Designed and installed low-maintenance landscaping for new home, employing various types of stone, boulders and native plants. Installed drip irrigation system.

They did a reasonable job overall. While they accomplished all of the tasks outlined in the bid, it took them a long time from the initial walk-through, to the bid and, finally, to actual work. While I said to Mike that I was in no real hurry, I mentioned that I was looking at two to three weeks for bidding and another week or two for completion. In reality, the walk through was on May 3. The bid was done on June 17 or a period of 6 weeks. It was another 6 weeks between the bid and the time the actual work accomplished on July 29 through August 2. I did have to call him on several occasions between the initial walk through and the bid. I had to make some more calls between the bid and the actual work. I was not satisfied that it took almost three months from walk-through to completion. While Naturescapes performed all of the required tasks, I thought that the crew he had working on site was not very efficient. One of the workers was not very professional at all. I mentioned this to Mike Bradley, the owner. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. There were limbs left around the plants that they had trimmed. As well as limbs that had been partially cut that were left to die off. The sodding job was not well done. Finally, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from Mike Bradley. I had to call him on quite a few occasions throughout the process including the actual performance of the job. I rarely got any calls from him. Good communication is very important when working with contractors. Naturescapes did not fair well. This was the second time I used Naturescapes. The first time I was well satisfied with their work and sought them out to do this upgrade. However, this time they fell well short of my standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Naturescapes in the future.
Description of Work: Naturescapes bid on and performed an upgrade of the existing landscape: Trimmed numerous trees and shrubs that were in did of thinning or were overhanging the house. Planted several new shrubs. Repaired on the sprinkler and drip system. Sodded an area of the lawn that had died. Added wood mulch to the beds

We first contacted Mike in the early Fall of 2012. At that time we were interested in discussing the construction of a deck, and some possible backyard turf work when Spring of 2013 came around. Mike's Angie's List landscaping grades were very good, so we set an appointment time, and he came out to the house. He led us to believe that he had some deck-building experience and offered to do a computer-generated rendering of what the deck might look like in our backyard. He produced the rendering, but after talking with him further, it became apparent that his deck experience was limited and we told him that we were not interested in the deck, but we would still like to talk to him sometime later about the turf work. In the early Spring I called him to set a time to come and talk about the turf work. No one answered, so we left a message. He did not respond. Several weeks later, we called again. Again, we left a message. Again, we got no callback. At that point we gave up. I don't know why, after a number of good reviews on Angie's List, he has decided to ignore potential customers, which has resulted in a number of poor scores. Most, if not all, of them are due to a failure to call back - a rather simple thing which might have negated the poor scores.
