Mountain Standard Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We were told we had to have our carpet cleaned prior to inspection for a warranty claim on our 3 year old carpeting. I contacted Mountain Standard due to the excellent Google reviews. Bill was polite, knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He called before arriving to let us know he was on his way (on time!) and he cleaned all of the open areas of carpet in the upstairs of our home and did a great job. He even offered to skip the cleaning as the carpet is such poor quality he felt we would be wasting our money paying him to clean it but we had him do the job anyway to appease the warranty folks and to see his work. He gave us great tips on how to care for our carpet and how to help prevent excessive wear in the future once it is replaced. We really appreciated his friendliness, knowledge, honesty and great pricing and will definitely use and recommend Mountain Standard Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery!
