+ -1 moreFrom the start I was satisfied, but with canning season underway, I felt the kitchen floor needed a bit more attention. A few sticky spots were noted near the cabinets. So I called Jim to let him know about it, and he notified the maids of my concern. Since then I have found nothing that has not met my specifications. I have found the owner, Jim, to be very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Molly Maids owner, Jim, came to the house and gave me a competitive quote in writing including detailed notes about my wishes , how to deal with the pers, and areas of the house to give special attention. The ladies cleaning my house are very thorough and throw in a few extras like fanning the tissues and toilet paper. They have even taken cat fur off the back of the chairs without my instruction. They do everything I originally asked for and do it well.

+ -1 moreI really like Molly Maid and they have been wonderful. They are absolutely awesome. They are just very responsive. Every time I need a change or service and whether it's a good day or not they are right there. Once I had a problem with the cleaning service and they came right back and fixed it. They are just awesome.
