I have used them for 30 years.

Description of Work: They installed a system for the previous owners of our residence and did not complete the installation. We called them in, they would/could not complete it for us. I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

I do have record of going to your property for a service call, which you were asking for the work to be warranted. We are happy to warranty any work that we perform, but in this case we can't warranty the work because we did not install the system. We would be happy to help you with any problems you might have in the future and appreciate your response.

We called at 8 am on a very cold morning and were informed that there were 64 requests ahead of ours but they would arrive in the afternoon. The provider arrived at 2:15 in the afternoon. He was professional. and determined the cause of our problem.
Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working on a morning when it had been 16 degrees below the previous night. He checked over the furnace, the exhaust pipe and determined that our furnace wasn't getting enough outside air to operate properly.
