Poorly. Do not hire Majestic roofing!!! They did our roof July 17. The crew was not trained well and the workmanship was very bad. In some places they pounded the drip-edging into place instead of using snips and notching it so it would lie horizontal and fit correctly around the gutter hangers. The result was a mess. The angles in the drip-edging caused shingles to not lie flat. There were gaps and waves in the shingles. In other places they used many short pieces of drip-edging instead of long pieces. In many other places there are gaps between the drip edging and the fascia boards. It is now 3 months later and repairs are still not done. We have been told we are “at the top of the list” many times. I have shingles that are broken. I have shingles that are caulked together. Don’t be fooled by the Majestic shiny brochures or BBB rating or salesmanship. They have little/no integrity, do not treat customers well, and do not hire skilled workers. I do not normally do reviews, but feel it is appropriate in this case.

I gave majestic roofing 5 skylights with only one leaking a little. They gave me 5 skylights that leaked A LOT. This has been from October 4th 2018 till this date Jan 13 2019 and I still have 3 skylights leaking A LOT. They have pushed some caulking around and two lights are not leaking. But, they left on the old flashing. They have been by 5 times. The owner Dennis says "we've been by 300 times"! I call them each time they leak and have been told: "We're sorry we ever had you for a customer", "We will get to you when we get to you", "There are 15 people ahead of you so just be glad the leaks arn't inside your house" (they are in the garage) and hung up in my ear. His brother Robert told me "I cant have a guy with a arm full of shingles drop what he's doing to come over and fix them". Gustavo, said "You just need new skylights". In the mean time my wood gets soaked and swollen. Also, my shingles sat on my roof for 28 days before installation. The job is not finished and they give no clue on to when it will be. I cant wait to leave a review until its completed, in case anyone else wants to hire them. They were and are a bad choice. I am still waiting for the job to be completed and dreading any snow or rain. Don't trust them to a good job. This isn't counting the wrong color drip edge that they had to replaced and the gutter that leaks in front of the garage door. They have blown me off on that too. They have caused me A LOT of stress, yet blame me as the customer. I did have another roofer come over and give me his input and he took pictures of plywood showing and a hole in a starter shingle and broken and cracked caulking around the skylights. I mentioned this to the company and was told that the secondary roofers opinion was only 'to placate you'. This is the single most distressing home repair that I have ever experienced. The insurance company says they keep wanting more money and have closed my claim. The pain is not over.

A crew was sent that couldn't speak a word of english & played loud mexican music all day. They disconnected our HD TV so we had to call Direct TV to set it back up. The repairman noticed the roof was not done right. He took pictures of it for my husband and I. I'm not a repairman but I think there was no underlayment? My husband called Majestic and spoke with the owner and the owner got very abusive. Started cussing and was mad about the repairman telling us that. Said he would come and check and never came. My husband died 4 weeks later and now I am alone, in a wheelchair and worry about my whole house being ruined from rain and snow on a defective roof.

they said I would hear back from them and 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I did call a couple of times in that 2 weeks and got nothing. in the end they told me "they were just too busy". why waste my time like that when they knew I was needing repairs done ASAP! They lost not just a repair but all the work I have for a roofer in the next 2 years!!! stupid!

I can't recommend this company. Removal crew was extremely messy with shingle removal, drove truck over landscaping (and almost into the house!), ignored our warnings with attitude.. When problems arose in the job, owner's anger problems were frighteningly unprofessional. New roof installation crew were knowledgable but didn't show up for several days in a row while work was unfinished. Wouldn't answer my calls. Finished the roof but never installed adequate vents or flashing as promised. I don't know how it managed to pass inspection. I kept my mouth shut and paid them in full just glad and lucky to be done with them. Hired a new roofer to assess and complete the work. He couldn't believe they hadn't recommended a snow guard for my situation. My advice is to run!

They were good. They were very efficient. They came one time, did the estimate and then came back within a couple of weeks.

The big issue was coordination, the roofing crew didnt speak english took forever for them to finish gutters ( one downspout not installed ) but the job looks very good, price was very good will use them again

They were very friendly and professional. They did the work as promised. I have recommended them to several people.

I didn't handle most of this since my husband did. My husband did seem pleased with this service and the roof has held up well. I have no complaints. They were quick and got the job done. They were definitely punctual.

They were efficient. They had all the work finished in a day or 2. They were pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them.

They were very good. The guy who came out and sat with us was friendly and upbeat, but I never got the follow up visit that they promised. However, the work itself was great.

Honest, reasonably priced and job well done.

Responsive but overpriced.

It's a good company with nice people. They stayed after it.
