Description of Work: Very helpful, prompt, and they make sure it gets done right. Had exterior done, with trim, deck, and some additional accents. We are extremely pleased with all the folks there at M & E.

Description of Work: Painting of all the trim on our house and shop. Company uses high quality paint from Sherman Williams. Scraped and sanded areas needed, replaced a few pieces of wood trim around windows and garage. Filled in some deteriorated wood areas with putty. Two Painters showed up on time daily and worked a full day. Kept a professional work area and cleaned up daily as needed. Project manager stopped by a few times to make sure all was on track. Did a walk around at end and had painters do a few additional touch up areas as needed. They even came back a week later when I called about a spot that got missed during walk around. We were very satisfied with the painting job and the integrity of the employees we encountered.

Description of Work: We selected M & E Painting based on their high rating in Angie's List. After some complications, we feel they did an OK job painting our house. On the upside, the house generally looks very good and when they were onsite, they worked consistently hard. They also sought our feedback throughout the process. On the downside, it took quite a while to get things scheduled and started, some aspects of the repair job rolled out in longer phases than we anticipated, there was damage to more of our landscaping than we anticipated, I had to spend a few hours going around the property doing additional painting and touch ups, there are a fairly large number of dried paint curls and drips on the house exterior that require razor blades and additional paint to fix, and a few other lingering issues around storage of paint sprayers on the lawn and large gobs of latex junk in the lawn from the clean up. So, we had high hopes, but in the end, it was some good, some not as good, and an adequate job overall.

Description of Work: Terrific staff, prompt, well informed, quick to respond to my calls; their price was great, but they could not paint my house given its age (as a turn-of-century Victorian, lead paint was likely, so needed special services). They recommended an outstanding company: Many Colors Painting for lead-risk painting. It was a great recommendation. I'd certainly use M&E in future!

Description of Work: They painted two full floors of interior walls . They did an excellent job, were timely, and came in after to double check that I was satisfied with the completed job.

Description of Work: The estimator was very helpful in helping pick colors and decide what to have done. There was a small surprise with cost added for a structure under the deck that was not quoted but we were able to work out a reasonable price. | |The painters did a great job with the house. They were very detail-oriented. Probably worth mentioning that M&E subcontracted the work, so mileage may vary depending on the painters.

Description of Work: I had M & E paint my home in Fall 2013. I gave them a deposit in Sep 2013 just before we had weeks of rains and flooding in Loveland, CO. They basically lost a month of work time during those rains and floods, but were good about keeping me up to date and informed. They worked hard to get my home painted that fall, and once they were able to begin the job they were timely and cooperative and professional. I would expect that was a very difficult september and october for them due to the rains and flooding, and I was impressed with their handling of it.

Description of Work: M&E's estimator was very punctual and professional, my job was then handed off to the guy who schedules for the work men to come. Had a hard time getting a hold of him. Luckly he was the only glich in the system. The guys doing the power washing and the painting were great. They were careful of my landscape as they were painting our fence and did a good job painting beneath our deck and a large picinic table. They also did a great job cleaning up when they left you couldn't tell they had ever been here. Horatio and Francisco were the two main painters and they were great!
