Loveland Roofing LLC

I had to get the insurance general contractor to come out to cover up all the holes, which they did, but it cost me $580. Loveland Roofing LLC didn't charge me as they didn't do their job.

I had researched the web about attic ventilation and different types of venting, which probably made me a fussy consumer when I called roofing companies for their advice and quotes about my roof. I called three companies for quotes and only Loveland Roofing was courteous and patient with me when I contacted them and explained my situation. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They showed up promptly, performed the work in less than one hour and were cheerful, kind and courteous. Their charge of $150 was acceptable to me given that the other two companies gave me quotes of $800+ each. I would highly recommend Loveland Roofing and I will use them again.

The team responded to us right away. The brought samples by to look at right away. As soon as they were able and the weather cooperated they were at the house to get things rolling. The crew was a pleasure to have around. The job was completed in a timely manner. All was cleaned up and cleared away when they left. They even came by to pick up the check, so I didn't have to mail it. They were considerate of us and our neighbors. It was a pleasure doing business with Loveland Roofing.

We have a leak in our roof. It only happens when it rains very hard with a driving wind. We found Loveland Roofing LLC on Angie's List with a high rating. We live in Loveland, so called. The first time my wife called she left a message and no one called back. The second time she spoke with someone - I think it was the owner. He said his assistant call back. That was all we ever heard from them. Our job is just a leak in the roof, probably not a full reroofing job, so maybe it's not enough of a job to make it worth their time. But, if I need someone to do a big job I won't call Loveland Roofing, Also this is the first time I've used Angie's List, so I'm not sure it was worth my money to sign up for Angie's list. Doesn't seem the reviews are very reliable!

Loveland Roofing seemed very conscientious. They came back two times to make sure they had figured it right. I felt I could trust them.

All work completed as per estimates and insurance allotments. This included a shingle upgrade. Pleasant experience to work with Ralph Muhlenbruck.

Did not use them as they did not seem really interested as I would not be having the roofing done until spring time. they wanted to set everyting up through e-mail.

It was a positive experience. The crew was professional and they did do follow up on the one thing I wanted them to double check. I'm waiting on the city to give me a pass on it, otherwise I'm very satisfied.

Jim at Loveland Roofing was not a high-pressure salesman. He was very professional, and prompt with our estimate. The quality of work done by his workers is excellent. We would recommend them very highly.

Called Loveland Roofing after a hail storm damaged most of the roofs in our subdivision.The salesman/estimator (Ray Muhlenbruck) came the same day and was totally professional, even when we told him we would also be considering one other roofing company. We did select Loveland Roofing to replace the roof. Within a few days the materials were there and a couple of days later the work crew removed the existing roof and installed a new one. They included extras such as drip guard. They also installed the specific shingles that I requested. Workmanship and cleanup were first rate. They contracted out the repair of some guttering that was also hail damaged. When it was all said and done, I only had to deal with one contractor (Loveland Roofing) for insurance company reimbursement. Loveland Roofing worked with well with our insurance company. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Loveland Roofing.

We noticed the leaks around the sky lights. They are great and were reasonably quick to respond to our needs. He is an honest guy. They do contract their work out.

They owner of the company was easy to deal with and he has been in the business for a long time. The estimate that he gave was very detailed which was nice. The people that came out finished the work very quickly. They took one and a half day to finish the work. The roof looks great now. They knew what they had to do and the price was pretty reasonable.
