+ 0 moreI learn a HUGE lesson. NEVER NEVER NEVER pay until the work is finished unless you want to go to court. I paid to have another company come to fix their mess but the crease will not come out of the carpet. The carpet installer found a mess with how they installed and re-laid the carpet from glue to rements to seam tape under neath the carpet. They fixed the door but the furniture is not fixed.
Description of Work: Horrible service! Could not even get the owner to come to my house and see the lousy job their carpet installers performed. One of the sales representatives called me a liar. They were so unprofessional that they stood on a folding chair to remove the pens from the door and stood back on the folding chair to replace the pens at that time forced the pens in therefore sprung the door. the door would not close. Damaged my furniture moving it and the installers could not speak English. Deep crease in my carpet at the entrance of the room and refused to fix or replace it. To this DAY nothing has been done to make this RIGHT.
