This team was great! The two women came on a Saturday morning before Thanksgiving and set right to work. They were friendly and efficient. As the assembled fan had been on my dining room table for three weeks, the fact that they could come on short notice was an added bonus!

Electrician was very knowledgeable and explained what was currently wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem long term clearly. Replaced and remounted my 220 dryer outlet with no issues and within a reasonable time. Good overall experience and will use again for future needs.

I would highly recommend Leading Edge to anyone, they were here when they said they would be; the crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves, at the end of each work day; (which seems to be a hard thing to find these days). The cost came in at the bid; I love when a contractor knows what they're looking at costs come in on budget! (another rare find in a contractor)

Michelle responded very quickly to my request for a quote. She came to my home the next day (Saturday). I had her quote in hand very soon. The 3-person crew arrived on time to do the work. The work was done quickly and professionally throughout. The job was completed by mid afternoon, as predicted. They cleaned up after themselves and left the work area as they found it. The hot tub was delivered the next day, and the power was connected by the hot tub delivery crew. The GFI system started tripping that night, and I called Michelle about the problem in the morning. She came out within a few hours to check out the situation. She quickly determined that the connections to the tub were incorrect and not properly tightened. She did not charge for the followup visit.

I purchased a gift certificate on this site and Michele emailed me the next day to set up an appointment. She was very flexible in terms of scheduling and her work is outstanding. Everything went perfectly. Since I was in the room watching, she described what she was doing at each step and how each step was helping her narrow down the problem. She was friendly, profession and quick.

Garage issue was not completely remedied, but he gave us enough information to come up with a solution on our own.

I purchased a special of two hours of electric all work for $89.00. It took about a week to get a commitment on a date from Michele. Originally I was told it was going to take three weeks before she could get to me. Michele then told me there was going to be an additional $50.00 charge because I live out in the Red Feather Lake area. I was surprised by this since her ad stated she served Northern Colorado, Fort Collins, Greeley etc. Michele later told me she could be here on the afternoon of June 26th, with no additional travel fee, because she was already going to be in the Crystal Lake area. I agreed to this date. Michele called me on Thursday evening and confirmed the appointment, stating she would be leaving Fort Collins around 2pm, but she would call me when she was on her way. It is now 5:30pm on Friday, June 26th, nobody has showed up, called or emailed. I have wasted over three hours waiting and I have already paid for my services. I have left a message for Michele and am waiting to hear back from her. At this point I really just want my money back.

Michele was on time and did the job in a very professional manner, all the while talking to me like we'd known each other for a while. I had originally asked her to just change out a switch, but she went the extra mile and took the fan down as far as necessary to rewire it and made it all work correctly. I will definitely hire her again for ANY electrical work I need in the future.

Leading Edge did a great job, very fast, cleaned up everything and very polite.

It seem like it was going well but then after the job was done we owed an additional hundred dollars. But when I went to actually look at the job it looked great everything works well I feel safe with the job but when I looked in the trashcan all the junction boxes and the wires that were already there those were cut and all were replaced when they weren't even a year old little concerned about why and the additional hundred dollars was just high enough to where I was unable to get my stove and microwave wired back in as well so unfortunately I have cooktop. But I don't have enough funds to have an electrician come back out and install my already installed once just reinstall for safety reasons my microwave and convection oven combo so I was a little disappointed I have to say just because I was surprise so much had to be replaced that it ended costing me the additional money and I wasn't able to get everything done and I didn't interrupt or my husband didn't interrupt so we were hoping that the job would in the two hours get done but it ended up being A total of three hours. And then exceeded by $100. So I will have to contact another electrician and or wait a whole Nother month so that I can have a microwave convection oven combo installed just disappointed.

The work was perfect, looks good. The guys were on time and just went to work. Got done in about 3.5 hours. I would use this company anytime I need electrical service.

Michelle had previously worked on a different house and agreed to do this out of town work for the cost of the work and travel. She showed up on time and performed the work quickly and professionally.

Workers showed up on time and completed the work in just under two hours. Michelle, the owner showed up a bit later to review the work and present an invoice. Everyone was courteous and very professional. Very satisfied with the work.

Michele had previously attempted to resolve Door Chime problem on April 9. On May 4th service call it was determined the previous chime previously installed was defective. Michele handled the issue in a very professional manner and the replacement of defective chime went without a hitch. Michele went out of her way on April 9 to help me with a Fire Alarm matter and the initial Door Chime issue. Fire alarm matter was resolved on April 9. However, due to time restrictions on April 9, a new service call was scheduled for May 4 to further address the Door Chime problem.
