The technician, Aaron, was on-time, courteous and efficient. The office manager was responsive and professional, and a pleasure to speak to on the phone.

Wonderful! They were so professional, very clean and so nice. They showed up on time. Responded very quick with any questions I had. Left barely any drywall repair. Best company by far that we have hired. We will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future. Exceeded my expectations.

Very well, I was even able to have a light installed in my back patio. The installer was on time and very pleasant.

Went well. They showed up with three people, walked through everything I wanted done, discussed concerns and recommendations before getting to work. They were quick, efficient and were able to get everything I needed done in the quoted time. Solid work, would work with them again.

Michelle is a true professional and iteratively checked in with me to ensure we were on the right track in terms of the implementation. She explained everything to a T in terms of my options and was very friendly, flexible and professional.

They were flexible about scheduling as the coach lights I had ordered 2 months ago were on back order. I told them what I wanted for under-cabinet lights and they bought the materials. They showed up promptly and worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I have another project for this fall and will definitely call them back.

Excellent work. They rescheduled me which was a bit frustrating since I had taken a vacation day to be home but their work was worth the wait. They did much more that I thought could get done in the allotted time.

The electrician was right on time. She was very professional. She inspected the house and replaced a couple of outlets. She answered all of my questions and gave me lots of good information. I will be calling leading edge electric for things I want to have done in the future.

Everything went as planned, but better than expected. Theo and Michelle had a list of what I wanted done and my priority list. They worked their way down the list and everything was installed perfectly and the way that I wanted. I have other work that I will hire them to do as well. They planned out what needed to be done, gave me options and suggestions for my future projects. Both Theo and Michelle were professional and friendly. Leading Edge is now my go to for electrical needs. MUCH BETTER than than the last electrician I hired.

The electrician came on time, got to work quickly and got my new electrical box added without a hitch. The outlet inside my garage looks the same as it did prior to the addition of the box on the outside of my garage. The little bit of sawdust made by installing the box was cleaned up prior to departure. Fast, efficient and a good price--can't ask for anything more.

Saw Angie's List special for 2 hours of electrical service for $199. Emailed with inquiries and for quote on my job. Got friendly response immediately! Was able to schedule within 48 hours of initial contact. Electricians were in touch by email and a call when on their way over. Three electricians came out, each with booties over boots or in bare socks - very respectful of my home. Speaking of which, they vacuumed thoroughly when done, and I think left my home cleaner than they found it! Work was done quickly and efficiently. They gave me a quote on another, future job while there -- which also looks favorable, and which I intend to take them up on in a few months. The service in the ceiling was installed to my satisfaction -- They even threw in an interim light fixture until I get my ceiling fan/light installed myself (which I chose to do). There was one problem with the dual-pole light switches which were connected to the light they installed. One set of switches were "uspdie-down" with the up position being light off. At my request, they popped open that set of switches and fixed that right up! I was very happy with their service, fast response, and cheerful attitude. I will definitely use their service again, and I recommend this service provider openly.

AWESOME JOB !! They came out when they said they would. Did exactly what I needed. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I am going to call them on tomorrow to come back out and do some more work that we just found needed to be done.

Very reasonable, punctual, and professional. Everything you want when you call for professional help. Helped me go through the no-brainer problems over the phone so I felt better about making the service call and knew the time and service was truly warranted. Also advertises deals on Angie's List and works with you to understand which is most appropriate so you are getting the most for your money.

Team was nice and professional during the bid, however, after repeated attempts to contact Leading Edge to receive the bid quote I have never heard back from them. I understand having looked at the project they may have decided it was not one they wished to undertake but I generally believe that if a contractor wants my business now, or in the future, they should contact the potential customer (whether to provide the service request or to say they are not interested in taking the job) and should definitely respond to a customer who has attempted to contact them. Although it took some time I did finally receive a bid from them and she was very apologetic about that delay.

I found the company and the electrician that was sent excellent. They did the fixes that we needed and were very good at communicating with us. Punctual, professional, courteous and honest. What more could we have asked for?

Michele showed up in the time frame we agreed on. Originally we thought the problem might be in the stove hood, but as she worked on it, she found the real issue in the outlets behind the stove. It didn't take her long. The hood was old and needed to be replaced, which she cheerfully did even though her work is not typically fixing appliances. I was so happy about that. She killed two birds with one stone, knew what she was doing, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Leading Edge.

I was entirely satisfied with Leading Edge Electric. They (the owner and an assistant) arrived exactly when the service was scheduled. They introduced themselves and were courteous throughout. They addressed the problem I was having with the switch first and it was resolved quickly. Then, they then went to work on the dead outlet. As part of this, they inspected the power panel. They made a few adjustments to it, but it was in good shape. Water had killed off the outlet. They showed me the part that was damaged. They indicated it needed to be replaced. The outlet was one of those that has a large plastic box around it that pops open. They indicated that a damaged part was all that needed to be replaced but asked if I wanted to replace the covering too. The outlet cover was old and an eye sore and I was happy to get it entirely replaced. Everything was fixed shortly afterward. They did an excellent job of explaining everything that they were going to do ahead of time. The business card indicated that the owner was a master electrician and it definitely showed. It was clear they were very capable. I will use them again the next time I require an electrician and recommend them highly.
