The personnel arrived quickly changed out the light and installed the new fixture without any issues. They explained what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. When the installation was complete, they cleaned up after themselves. The light has worked great and we will definitely use them again!

Leading Edge scheduled me, showed up on time, did the work really well and rapidly. I've worked with both Michelle, the owner, then with Aaron. They are both very good at what they do, knowledgeable, and friendly. Aaron even cut some wires on an old alarm that goes off without warning, which wasn't part of the job. He looked at the circuitry and just took care of it. Michelle is amazing. A former avionics engineer, I really trust her and her electrical work, plus I know she only sends the best. She worked for me on a former job, and it was my impression of her and her business on that one that I called for this most recent job. I will definitely call Leading Edge again and again.

Michele and her team were great. Michele took the time to understand all that I needed done which was reflected in the quote I received - she listened. Her team was punctual, kept the work area clean, very conscientious about doing the job right the first time.

Excellent suggestion to use a timer and outstanding results--no more lights on all day long! Plus the timer was cheaper than doing sensor and will, I think, ultimately be a better choice. We will continue to use Leading Edge for all of our electrical needs.

It ended up very good. Very professional. Matter of fact we use them all the time now. They got back to us right away. I asked them to do some additional work. They sent me an invoice that went over what it would cover. The price was good. Very experienced electrician, very fast, and knowledgeable.

It was a little bit of a mess to be honest. I had ordered service from a different vendor who blew me off. They said they would call me in a couple weeks to re-schedule, and they never called. After calling back and forth, they said they were booked up for the next three months. I called Angie's List for a refund, but I was outside the 30 day window. I had to spend on an upgrade of $550 for the same Big Deal or else I would have lost the original $400. These people were nice, but their crew cracked my ceiling during the install and installed the wrong outlet on the power plug. It wasn't a necessarily a smooth experience. I am kind of pissed at Angie's List because you didn't support me. Of the last four deals that I have bought over the years, only one has worked out well. The work didn't go quite as planned. I honestly wouldn't recommend them. It was a s***show. The guy almost stepped through my ceiling. They installed the wrong outlet. They had to come back two extra times to remedy it. It was amateur hour. It didn't get done right the first time.

They did get it fixed. They handled the problem that occurred. It took about eight hours to do everything.

The price was fair, after I argued with them a little bit. They overcharged me for something they didn't do. They also charged me for an extra hour when she was on the phone for a half an hour and not working. I had to argue with them about being reimbursed. I had a problem with the switch that I had to have another electrician fix it. They were honest.

I had two sconces installed, which had slightly tricky electrical access. Michelle responded to my call and came out to give a quote quickly. I was impressed by the turnaround and happy with the quote, so I did not price shop since it was a small job. Came out to $300 total. The guys cleaned up after themselves and gave great results. Very timely, they were expected around 9, and called about that time and said they would be 20-30 minutes late and profusely apologized. I didn't think they'd show up that early anyway since they are in the service industry, so I didn't mind and was very pleased to see them arrive at 9:25. Would happily rehire.

Michelle and team are great! I've used them first for my business to install LED lighting in our warehouse - then, in two homes and again in my business for additional electrical outlet installation. Great work every time.

Amazing!!! The technician sent, Theo, was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Based on other quotes I had received I asked for a price in the mid-range, to which they agreed. In the end, they were able to do it for even less. They were responsive, punctual, and quick to complete the task.

The electrician arrived punctually, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was communicative in explaining options to solve issues, and tried his best to tackle as many as possible in the time. He was very careful to clean up whatever areas he worked in and took special care to verify that everything was working as expected. Will surely hire again.

The first impression is very important,right? So my appointment is for 8;30am, and I'm waiting patiently till 8;45 and call-no answer. I had other provider coming at 10;30( assuming work will be done in 2 hours!) I get a call back at 9am,informing she's on the way.I understand, there could have been an emergency ,but the least you can do-CALL and update the time!! It's so simple,My time is of great value to me,and if you don't respect it- not good . The work started at 9;20...no wonder it was not done by the time the person who came to look at my kitchen showed up. So I had to handle 2 people at a time, which was very distinctive. Michelle is definitely a very good specialist, she fixed my broken outlet,adjusted the misbehaving light fixtures. I was reasonably satisfied with the service(home inspection is still overpriced, I think) Not a pleasant surprise I had when later in the day I opened my garage fridge and found out it was not working...No big deal, right...what if I left after the service and would open the fridge next day... No apology offered. I think just a little respect to my time and attention to details could have turned this experience into great VS mediocre.

It doesn't get much better than the two young men - Theo and Jason - who came out to do the work. Of course, they light fixture was was a "no-brainer" for them. They were just so personable, informative, very honest! They did not do the TV as they were not comfortable with what was behind the wall (I live in a condo) and didn't feel they could do an adequate, professional job. I so appreciated their honesty. Leading Edge will be my go to electricians from now on!
