From the first time I contacted Michele, I knew I would hire her company to do the work. She answered her phone while on her way to a store, and on the weekend. She provided a "best" and "worst" cost estimate, based on my information. (How many times have you contacted someone who could not provide even a ballpark estimate without charging a trip fee to come to the house?) My project was not an emergency, and she was not able to get to me immediately, but that was good, as I was pleased that Michele had other jobs. (Might have been worried if she were able to get out that day!) She was able to complete my project within two weeks of first contact. Michele arrived on time, had all of the necessary tools and equipment, and protected the work area. She worked quickly and efficiently and actually did more than I expected. I had an electrical switch at the door that turned an outlet "on" or "off", but I wanted the switch to operate a ceiling fan (and I had no electrical box in the ceiling). After Michele was done, I had a double switch: one that turned on the fan light and another switch that turned on the fan, newly installed on the ceiling. She also fixed the old outlet so that It was no longer associated with the "light switch." Michele also brought a shop vacuum and cleaned any debris associated with her work. I cannot provide a higher recommendation for this work and would heartily recommend Michele: really excellent, top notch service, from first contact to job completion.

Michelle basically dropped what she was doing to come help use troubleshoot and eventually fix the problems associated with very old wiring. Between climbing in and out of the crawl space, and then eventually finding the problem up in the attic, I saw parts of this house that I had never seen before... Michelle was an absolute joy to deal with, and both my wife and I were very happy with the work that she did.... We highly recommend the power connection, and greatly appreciated her prompt service, and fair pricing!

It was wonderful working with The Power Connection. I was first introduced to Michelle (master electrician) when she was hired by our contractor who was doing some remodeling for us. When our next project required an electrician, she was the first I thought of. She immediately returned my phone call and showed up exactly when she said she would. She was a joy to have in the house, very friendly; worked quickly and efficiently; and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others!
