Michele from Leading Edge Electric did a great job. She re-arranged the breakers in my breaker panel, added a 50-amp circuit, and installed a 50-amp outlet in my garage. She was easy to get in touch with and prompt for both the estimate and the actual work. I got an estimate from another top-rated local electric company which was much higher than hers.

The service was great. They arrived on time and did better than expected work. Very professional and would highly recommend if you need electrical work done.

Michele was very polite and professional throughout the process from setting up a diagnostic appointment to replacing the main breaker. She is very knowledgeable and gave me an honest diagnosis. The main breaker was a discontinued model and she had to order it online. She did this promptly. The place had intermittent power where extension cords were needed to provide power to rooms with outage. After the part came in, she came out on a Friday night to do the job rather than pushing it to Monday. I give her many kudos for caring about her customers. Her pricing is also the most reasonable I've seen among electricians I've used in the past. This is the first time I felt I wasn't being scalped by an electrician and it sure is a good feeling. I highly recommend her services.

She is really busy, so we were scheduled a couple of weeks out. But she was on time, called ahead to let us know she was on the way, wore booties in the house to protect our floors . . . did a fine job and the light is now working perfectly!

The new outlets are all working. She was the second electrician that I had work on two of the outlets, and she is the only one that had them actually working.

Michelle's team was fast and very professional. They first walked the house with me to review what needed to be done and answered questions I had regarding placement and how the installs would be done. They had everything needed to do the installations and didn't need to "run to a store to get a part". After each install in the house they vacuumed the area to pick up any loose wire clippings, sawdust, etc up so we had nothing to clean up. I have to admit that I was skeptical about the "deal" but it was legitimate and we were so pleased, that we had her quote the wiring of a Hot Tub we are having installed and her price was so good we did not even bother getting another bid.

I just wanted to say thank you for the way Michelle handled our first panicky call. We totally felt like we got the red-carpet treatment I'm just glad that I will never have to worry about this stuff again! I will be calling Michelle again for every electrical need. My husband has Parkinson's and I currently have a concussion, so ladders are out of the question for us right now. So appreciative for your help! I needed someone who would come right away because that chirping smoke detector was going to go or I was... probably was going to be me. Not only was Michelle professional and fast, but exceptionally kind. She came after she finished another customer in the area, after her work hours (yeah, I noticed - but she didn't say anything about that), and was going to be pushing it to make it to her son's baseball practice by the time she left. I truly appreciate that sacrifice. Michelle was prompt, respectful and to the point, but made sure the job was done properly...no chirps when she left. She also confirmed that I could call her and she would come back if there were any issues. There were none. Great job, will call again. Thank you!

the installation was fine. you have to remember that 2 people come and you pay for the hourly rate of both people when the croupon runs out.

I originally contacted Leading Edge to upgrade the amperage for a high power replacement cooktop. The product information I had showed it required 40 amps service and the lines we had were for 30 amps. When Michelle arrived to discuss the job she checked on-line and concluded the cooktop only required 30 amps. Since I had already paid for the Angies List coupon I asked about getting the microwave put on a dedicated circuit because it sometimes overloaded the existing one. We set up a time to get this done. I was told that this could probably be done in the time I had already paid for. Later I double checked the cooktop product literature and asked Michelle to plan on upgrading it to 40 amps service as well. When the installation time came, there were some delays in getting parts and they arrived an hour late. I appreciated a call but ended up taking extra time off from work to accommodate the late arrival. They were very professional on the job and all the work was of high quality. There was some confusion with the bill, which turned out to be a hybrid of a "bid" for the microwave (which I never received in writing) and "hourly + materials" for the cooktop. In all, it felt like I was overcharged when the two were combined. My out of pocket (including the angies list discount) added up to more than the hourly + material for the entire job. So I lost out with the having the "bid" included and using the discount. I would use Leading Edge again, but only with a full understanding of the charges before hand.

Michele is smart, pleasant and goes the extra for her clients.

We are not sure exactly what happened at first. Miscommunication? She did not show up for the initial appointment to do an estimate. Other than that, she was able to complete the work sooner than she originally expected and completed it within her estimate. She was professional, did an excellent job and at a good value. We would use her again without hesitation.

Michele was able to squeeze us into her schedule & got the job done within 2 days of me calling her for an appointment. She did a great job on the outlets, and even though it seemed it would be too difficult at the beginning, she was able to problem solve & find a solution that worked great for us. We are already planning to call her again in the near future for another job!

She tested all the receptacles and switches, fixed any that she felt needed any attention and even inspected some that I had questions about. The customer service is top notch. She answered all questions and concerns without hesitation. I would highly recommend the company for electrical needs.

Michelle was great! She came out in bad weather and did not cancel, which was very appreciated. She was friendly and got right to work. She didn't mind if I had questions and kept me in the loop during the process. I would hire her again in a heart beat, and will be doing so when I update my bathroom! We couldn't get any electrical power from our outlets in our home we just purchased. We couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. My husband called Michelle and she talked him through the solution without having come to our home, and she didn't charge us a dime! We are very grateful that she didn't "take us to the cleaners", and that she was very helpful and honest with us and told us exactly what we needed to do to restore the power in our outlets. We just purchased a new house and had a laundry list of issues that were discovered once we had moved in. These issues included 3-way switches that had been replaced with two-way switches, lights wired into the fan circuits, etc. In addition, we had purchased and installed an insta-hot water heater under the sink and needed a dedicated plug for it to work. Leading Edge came in and performed all the activities without issue and resolved each and every item on the list. I will definitely use them again.
