+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said they would, charged a reasonable amount, and did excellent work. I'm remodeling a house, and every time I start a new plumbing job, it's ten times more complicated than I hoped it would be. Jennys will charge time and materials, so I can do the easy stuff and leave the complicated stuff for them.
Description of Work: Jennys Plumbing came for 2 jobs, installing a shower floor drain and supply lines and fixing a tub drain after I screwed it up.

+ 0 moreHe has stated that he had received a better price at Home Depot than he thought he would, but refused to pass the savings on to me. The additional $26 dollar charge was for the 2.6% that VISA charges. He had installed a GE 40 Gal 12 year warranty water heater which cost $540 at Home Depot ( I'm sure that he had received a better price) and for pick up, delivery and a 1.5 hr installation he charged me $500. I found that egregious. Upon arrival he should have worn a mask, as this was a stick up.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater.

+ 0 moreOverall the service was great. Cory (master plumber) arrived on time, knew exactly what the problem was and explained in detail what was broken. He had all the parts on hand and did a very clean installation. He even fixed another problem with a bathtub drain and showed me how to fix a leaking faucet.
Description of Work: Our hot water heater finally quit working and we could smell propane. A friend recommended Jennys Plumbing as the owner is willing to make calls on the weekends. The plumber (Cory) was very prompt and got here in less than an hour, this on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me what was wrong and we decided on a new heater. The installation went quickly and the cleanup was great. Most plumbers leave a lot of bits and pieces on the floor but Cory swept and vacuumed up everything. He even showed me how to adjust the packing nut on a leaking faucet. He looked at a bathtub drain that was draining slowly and since he had the rooter machine on the truck, made short work of the clog. Great job and will call him in the future.
