gutter cleaning, window cleaning
+ 0 moreThe overall window cleaning was satisfactory however one window, inside, was missed. Noticed in the evening and called Jason immediately and left message. Two days later I still hadn't heard back. Called again and Jason said he would be over personally on the that day or the next. Didn't show up either day. Called again and said someone would be here next day. Next day no one shows at appointed time. Called again and was told person called in ill. Holiday coming up so no one could come until 4 days later. Would call and make appointment. No one calls until 5th day. Coming tomorrow between 10 & 11. Just got call. Running late be here at 12 noon. I'm not holding out much optimism. This companies owner, Jason Sturgis, has absolutely no concept of quality customer service. Use this vendor at your own risk.

+ 0 moreNever called to reschedule; never showed up for appt.
Description of Work: Had scheduled 2 appointments with Jason to clean our windows (second was for windows and gutters). Never showed or called for March appt when we had snow. Second appt was in November, and we never heard from him...never called, never showed up. Very unprofessional and we were VERY disappointed, since we had used him a few years ago and were very happy with his work. Apparently our home is not "big" enough or not enough $$ to make it worth his time. Not a wise way to run a business, in my opinion.
