I have some rental apartments, so need new carpet more often than most people. Graham's has been fabulous! They are so easy to work with, and having a lot of carpet in stock means I can get installation very quickly, which saves me money. I don't go anywhere else for carpet now.

It went great! They were there on time and got the job done beautifully. They were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Also did a walk through before and after with them. We would definitely use them again!!

Fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated well. They were fast and efficient. The person they sent over to do the measurements was on time personable and fast. My husband and I just had our master bath tiled and the vendor we hired told us upon completing the job that he wouldn't finish off the transition from carpet to tile (bedroom to the bath). We were surprised and disappointed. We called GRAHAM's CARPET NETWORK the next morning and asked if they would handle such a small job that the tile company left hanging. Not only were they willing to take the job, they called me back within 5 minutes of my initial phone call and had a crew on the way to help immediately. My experience with them was awesome. I needed a carpet as soon as possible and they got it ordered and had it put in before the wedding and it went really smooth. I don't remember how much we paid, but it was really good value and that they beat anything out there. Regarding the time factor, they could do it; they could get it in quicker than any other carpet company I talked to. They were extremely reasonable and they showed me samples of generally what I was looking for. I narrowed it down and it was awesome. The selection process was easy, smooth and we discussed the different types of carpets, the steps, the use, and the placement of it. They had it in for me in perfect timing. I did a customer appreciation about two weeks ago, they were just a really great company. The PR and follow up was wonderful.
