We had meet with Jim many times even went to his house and saw the work he had done there. He assured us that his son did all the install. We paid for it material up front, after a few weeks we called and he said its late and it would be a few more weeks. It came in and we had his people do the work but it wasn't his son. They installed the laminate flooring with out the pad that we had paid for and they would not give us the money back for the pad and would not redo the work to install it. The carpet guys were other guys and we told them we wanted the stairs noise fixed before installing the carpet but every stair going up still makes noise. In less then 6 month the carpet was not wearing good. He had told us at time of purchase we were getting smart stran come to find out when we tried to make a claim on the carpet that he doesn't carry smart stran. He said that the carpet was not that bad and that it should last out the warranty. We have done two bathrooms and the rest of the carpet in the house with other guys and have been much happier.
