Mike came out and inspected my gas fireplace and cleaned the glass insert. Because the fireplace had been heavily used, the glass insert's seal was faulty. Mike recommended that I replace the insert and ordered it for me. As soon as the insert arrived, he called and installed it without charging me for an additional service visit. All tolled, the initial service call was $95 -- the same as if he had cleaned the entire unit instead of just cleaning the glass -- the previous service provider had done that -- plus $275 for a new glass insert. Mike arrived right on time both times that he came to my house. He was pleasant and very efficient. A pleasure to work with on the phone and in person!
