Description of Work: The spring broke on our double garage door on Sunday--we could not get the car out--were unable to manually pull the heavy door up. I left a voice message on Sunday, asking Full Service to call asap on Monday morning if at all possible. They called at 7:20 AM, said they would be at our house at 9:00, and they were there exactly on time. The spring was fixed, and they installed a garage door entry keypad for us--they had an older model keypad that worked perfectly that another customer replaced with a newer version. So Full Service put the older keypad they had with them free of charge. All the work was done before 10 AM--terrific customer service! We will call them in the future and recommend them gladly.

+ -1 moreOur garage door had become "temperamental" at times. Finally it refused to open or close. We fooled around with the door and sensors to no avail. Full Service Garage Doors was called. I was expecting that it would be an expensive fix. Darrell arrived and fixed everything, told me how to keep the door running smoothly, and only charged $70. The door is working fine and I will keep up the maintenance. Darrell was very knowledgeable about our older door and components. I was impressed.
Description of Work: The garage door would not open or close properly. The sensors were cleaned. The rail and chain was lubed.

+ -1 moreI called Darrell at 8AM and he was able to schedule me in that morning. He replaced both springs not just the one that had failed. He then adjusted the doors and put a new seal on because the existing one did not seal at the bottom of the door. He gave me advice on future lubrication of the door and springs as he was performing the lub himself. He spent a lot of time adjusting the force sensor and insuring the door worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company

Got a quick response and had Darrel coordinate with the tenant to arrange a convenient time to install a keypad on the door frame. Full Service got the job done and the tenant now has a reliable backup available if her remote gets lost or broken. Thanks for the prompt service.
Description of Work: A tenant in my rental property could not get the garage door to open. We have had problems with this door before and I needed an alternative to reliance on the remote. There is no other door into the garage other than the one operated by the opener. Car was inside and tenant needed access. I live two hours away and needed someone to handle this problem.
