It was a disaster. The carpets looked worse after they were "cleaned" than before, and they created new stains from their equipment and a large spill. I could not be more disappointed.

Matt always does an outstanding job.

They were here exactly when promised and did a terrific job. Also gave us info on how often to have the carpets cleaned, how to care for them in between and what to look for if we buy new.

Matt has always done the work himself and is polite, responsive, and professional. He uses a truck-mounted suction system that really deep cleans the carpets so they also dry quickly. He is timely and very reasonably priced. I will continue to use his service and love that he is local. This is a company that is a pleasure doing business with.

There was no up selling like many carpet cleaning firms. He had given me a ballpark estimate over the phone, and when I walked him thru the house he firmed up his numbers and gave me a specific price which was well within his original estimate. Our carpets look fantastic, and are drying quickly. I was really impressed with Matt's work ethic and professionalism, and will definitely use him again, and I will also recommend him to my friends. He also spent some time with me explaining what to look for in new carpeting for a future project we have in mind.

Matt and his son did an excellent job cleaning all my carpets. They showed up exactly on time. They did a walk through and then gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of carpet in my home. They were very professional and their equipment is top notch. They took great care not to damage hardwood floors or woodwork. They spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning all the carpet and it looks great! It also dried faster than my experiences with other companies which is a big plus for me. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended. I will definitely call Matt when my carpets need cleaned again.

I called Esteem Carpet Cleaning for an estimate since a neighbor recommended them. I described the job to Matt and requested an estimate. Matt asked if he could come by to view the house so that he could provide an accurate estimate. Matt showed up right on time, looked at the areas to be cleaned and provided an estimate I agreed to proceed with the work and we agreed on a date and time. Matt and another employee showed up right on time. They first installed a protective device around the front door so that they could run the hoses from their truck mounted equipment into the house. They also protected the wood around the stairway with devices to keep it from getting scratched. The equipment on the truck (pump and vacuum?) was very large and apparently quite powerful. I've had carpets cleaned numerous times before and this equipment was much more substantial than any other used in previous jobs. My guess is that there is a significant investment in that equipment which is responsible for the great results. Compared to the companies I have used previously, Esteem impressed me as providing the most professional. From the "industrial strength" equipment, to the care give my house to prevent damage, to the professional character of the owner (Matt), I have no hesitation in recommending Esteem. I'll definitely call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned again.

Showed up on time, inspected, treated, cleaned, and left in 3 hours. Even moved some furniture. Was damp for a couple of days. Presto, no stains and none came back. I have lots of experience with carpet cleaners. He did well.

The carpet in our rental was just a year old, but had several stains, including candle wax and rust. Esteem Carpet Cleaning was very responsive to my call, gave us an estimate over the phone, and scheduled service when it was convenient for us. They were on time, professional, and made the carpet look brand new again! We'd had another carpet cleaning service the year before, which was a very bad experience. We found Esteem Carpet Cleaning on the internet and gave them a call. After reading reviews about the company and the owner, we scheduled an appointment. Matt (the owner of the company) responded to our inquiry and we set up an appointment. They showed up promptly and on time. They went right to work setting up corner barriers and looking at the areas to be cleaned. The cleaning took about two hours and then everything thing was double checked to make sure we were happy. The old carpet in this place was left soft and nap even popped back up. The drying time was short and we were able to get back on the carpet in a couple of hours. Matt left us a bottle of spot remover and gave us a 30 day warranty for any problems. I recommend Esteem to anyone and will use Matt again.
