They were a no show for the scheduled appointment that I took off work for. I called their "office" multiple times and no one answered. They never contacted me once.
Description of Work: Led me on for three weeks.

Response from COLSON SPRINKLER & LANDSCAPING?
Thank you for the feedback and I agree it is aggravating to call and not get a response which is why we strive to respond to each and every call or email. We even respond to calls from people who are trying to reach our competitors so they know they have called the wrong ph#! In April we receive many inquiries for aereating. We do not do yard aeriating which falls under "yard maintenance" and call those people back to let them know. I went back through our answering pad & did not see your address in there and I know I personally respond to all emails. I can only apologize and let you know that our company policy is to respond to all calls & emails promptly. We currently have Barb and Heather in the office to answer phones and schedule estimates and service calls. I hope the company you chose made you happy in the end. Sincerely, Jackie Colson
