Two service members, introduce themselves, arrived on time and they did wonderful job of replacing windows.

Ed and Bill were right on time. They were very personable. They are efficient and cleaned up before they left.

After taking an Angie's List deal for Champion Windows, we realized that we really couldn't afford their "good: windows, so the young salesman offered the "Comfort 365" windows which we did agree to. There was no problem scheduling for instalation once they had come in, but the technician arrived 3 hrs early, stating he wasn't given any appt. time. He woke us up and I felt this was un-called for. After I said he was early, he only offered that he was unaware of any appt times, instead of apologizing and asking if then was all right. He was neat enough and left no mess inside or out, and the outside "wrapping" of the windows looked mostly like the other ones. He was otherwise polite and appropriate.

They came here within 5 minutes of set appointment time. They were very pleasant and cleaned up everything. Great bunch of men.

Sales rep was excellent as was the re-measure! Always on time and very professional and informative. Installers were never on time, non-professional. Did not follow company protocols in regards to lead paint. Lead paint protocols were needed because of the age of the home. This matter was brought to the attention of Sales rep and matter was discussed with management. Otherwise, overall excellent job. Would hire again if it is not the same crew. Spoke with Jake about Lead Paint Protocols - there was a miscommunication about how the install would be done and Jake was able to explain fully. Lead Paint Protocols were followed for an outside install. Thank you for getting back to me!

The installers were on time, window fit as planned. They finished the outside trim as I requested. No ancillary damage. Finished on time.

It turned out excellently. We couldn't be more pleased with them. The people were neat and courteous. They did everything they said they're gonna do. We couldn't be happier. There wasn't anything we disliked. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The agent was very professional, explained everything well. They were able to install almost 2 weeks earlier than estimated. Noticeable difference in heat reflected from glass! We love it!

They arrived around noon, the concrete cutters were right behind them. They had to cut out the brick exterior wall beneath the window, which they did very quickly, making zero mess on the interior. They were amazing! The door was then installed and completely trimmed out, checked, caulked, cleaned up, and were gone in about 4 hours. The workers were friendly and efficient. I had been dreaming of this project for years, and within a few hours it became real. The cost was $3500.00 which was a lot less than another company. I am happy with Champion.

They arrived on time. There was only one worker, but he was able to handle everything himself. The job was completed and looked great! We would use them again to do more windows.

Pro's: Excellent quality in the construction product/s they used. Their field installers were excellent tradesmen at their craft. They also cleaned up their work area before leaving each day. The city inspector remarked to me that he rarely found any deficiencies with their installations. We are very happy with the finished product. Con's: Very poor communications at the office level, between said office and the customer. Except for one call from their person that comes to take exact measurements for engineering drawings, they never initiated a project status call to us, period. I would suggest that once someone contracts with them, that after say three weeks, they make weekly calls to Champion asking if the engineered drawings have been completed and if yes, if the city permit has been applied for, if yes then keep in touch with the city building department so as to know when the permit has been issued to Champion. Once the permit has been issued, now weekly calls to Champion's office asking when construction will start and if it doesn't start on that day, continued calls. Once you get them on-site, their field people will give you a very good job. Getting the office to get them on-site is a very real challenge. Now that we know the ropes, we would contract with Champion again.

Work team was on time and performed all removal and new installation in a highly professional manager. Men were clean, neat, and were careful to leave the work area spotless.

That was great and we were very pleased. We were very happy with the installers who came out to install the large window. They were courteous and concerned to do a good job. They took a lot of care and they were on time. They had to make the opening a difference size, so they did exterior work for us. They cleaned up well and I trusted them in my home.

That turned out just fine. They were good to work with. They came out to do the measurements and they guarantee their work. There was an issue that they had to come back to fix and they did.

They did a very good job. Champion has very good installers. This is the third time we have used them. They clean up after the installation and take old windows.

The original amount was supposed to be $10,100, which I would consider an "F" price, but my insurance company said it should cost less, so I cancelled the contract. The head roofer, Cal, called us back and got us a better price. Overall I'd still give them an A since Cal was excellent. The guys he sent out here was great, hard workers and it looks great. They went above and beyond with the materials. They cleaned up afterwards, and Cal came back and checked. I would definitely use Cal again.

Salesman was great. Friendly, informative and not pushy. Installers were pleasant, friendly, and did great work. Only complaint- left nails around the ground knowing I have young children.

This has been quite a while ago, so my date of service and cost may be slightly off, but they did a great job. The only complaint I had was at first it was a little difficult to nail down the start date. I'm pretty sure that I told them I was not in a hurry though, so my project may have been pushed back a week or so. However I think that the company was either really busy at the time or they had just lost some employees. When we did get the project started it was extremely quick. The product was high quality, and the company did a great job. The sales rep was really nice and helpful, the warranty appears to be excellent- we haven't used it, but it was the reason we went with this brand. The warranty is lifetime for basically anything that goes wrong. Plus a limited warranty will transfer if you sell the home. The windows installer was great. He replaced the windows in one afternoon. When I came home from work that day I could literally feel the difference that the new windows made. The siding installers similarly did a good job. They had me inspect the siding before signing off on the project when it was completed, and they also did it very quickly. The quality of the work was great as well. I love the way my home looks. They are also lead paint certified and test before replacing windows. If there is lead paint present they install with windows in the required way with no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend them for others. The service does take a bit of time from start to finish because the windows and siding are created specially for the homes that they are installed on. So after you place the order it takes some time (I think a couple of months) before they can do the actual install.

Champion called first to show up 4 days early to install my new roof they showed up on time and went over everything they would do that day, while working on the roof someone was always on the ground cleaning the yard of the dedry falling from the roof. Every few hour they updated me on ther progress. They put on the new replaced all vents & reinstalled my sunroof to new condition, the job took them one day & half & cleaned up all the doubry in the yard, I'm very pleased with there workmanship & professionalism. I would recommend Champion to anyone who needed a new roof.

It was great! These installers went above and beyond what I expected. They were here when they were scheduled, did and excellent job, cleaned up everything and hauled it all away.

I'm so happy to have dealt with a company shows up for the estimate when they say they will, then delivers the roof when they said it would be done. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I will definitely deal with them again! The crew were amazing, my deck was protected and they were careful to place a tarp inside the house when removing the old skylight. The cleanup job was super, they removed all traces of the old roof and cleaned the yard up perfectly.

Except for the storm door being incorrect, they did an awesome job on our windows and we just love them. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They replaced the storm door in record time and I have noticed a difference in our heating bills. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We used another window installer.

The first step was measuring all of the windows as well as the soffit and fascia. The windows are made for each window for the house. The wait time was a couple of weeks. A crew showed up early in the morning with all of the new windows and all of the equipment they needed. They had one group that removed the old windows (17 of them) on the main level. Another crew started installing the new windows. Every person had their job that they did well. All of the main floor windows were installed in one day. The next day they did the same procedure in the basement. They were done the second day. They also started the soffit and fascia. Everything fit. The complete jog was done in three days. They hauled off the old windows and soffit and fascia and cleaned up the work site. The new windows made a huge difference in heating and cooling of the house. They also eliminated dust coming in and the need for awnings on the south and west windows. There is a large window on the west. With the old windows it would feel hot in the afternoon in the summer. The inside of the new window is cool with the afternoon sun shining on it. They are much easier to wash also. I also used them to replace a huge floor to ceiling window in another home. This made a huge difference in the heating and cooling of the house My son also used them. He had a large picture window crack four years after it was installed. It was replaced at no charge.
