Everything went good. I don't have anything to compare the quality to.

Installers were great, on time professional and friendly – got job done in less time than estimated.

It went well. The price was good because we had a newspaper discount and so they were able to remember how much/what percentage it was that they gave us. I felt that they were good. Responsiveness was fine. For punctuality, we don't live in that house, it is a rental. However, I didn't have any complaint from the renter. I think they came when they said they would and completed the project pretty much as they had said. For professionalism, I have not really been around them very much. The sales person that came, we were there and we met with him. I would say that professionalism was an A. They were very nice and very professional. I hope I don't have to use them again in future. If I had a need for windows I would use them again. That house is in Fort Collins and we live in Sterling which is about a two hour difference. I don't know what their service is like out here in North East Colorado. Not having been there during the whole time they did one of the basement windows not replaced. We had all the windows in the house replaced but when we went down to the basement, one of the old windows was still there. That was the only thing that I could find fault with.

It went wonderful. I would give them an A plus. I have used them in the past and I was very happy with them. They are very competitive with everybody else. Originally they came to me being recommended years ago. I recommended them to several friends who were very happy with them too.

It has been great. They had problems not so much with the installer work side of the house but with the people that set it up I told them that they needed to have a permit and they never got a permit so they had to wait a while to get the permit that day. It wasn't the installer's fault by no means. It was just that the individual that came out to do the measurements and take care of the stuff, I told him he needed a permit and he never did come and get the permit.

They did pretty good work but you can't trust what they say their price is. They came over and gave us a price and then 8 months later they gave us another price which supposedly was 30% off and it was higher than the original price. The workers were good and they did a good job but really what upset us was about the pricing. They were very friendly guys.

It was wonderful. They were very efficient, fast and thorough and very professional with everything. When I had a problem with one they were very fast in responding and replacing that window.

Job crews were on time, pleasant to work with and finished the jobs in a timely manner. We have had several projects done by Champion over the years. Would call them again if I needed more work done.

Installers showed up at the time they said they'd be here. They worked well together & got the job done. Correctly & in great time. I wasn't stuck at home waiting for them to finish.

Our appointment time for the installation was between 9 a. m & 10 a. m and they showed up at 8:55. Installation was completed in 3 hours. Very profession.

Very well. It took approximately 8 weeks for the windows to be made. We scheduled the time for the windows to be installed (2 days). Champion uses independent contractors, they sent 6. They arrived on time and got to work removing the old windows and installing the new. They were very professional & personable.

Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Overall, the Champion employees were mostly fine to deal with but their selection of subcontractors was negligent. Not only were the 2 men who installed the window downright rude but they were also 2 hours late on the 2 days they came and were extremely slow moving. To illustrate, 2 of the 3 windows had been measured incorrectly even though 2 different people had come to measure them at 2 different times. Well, the installers, who were supposed to arrive first thing in the morning, were so slow working that they didn't even notice until 11am that the windows were the wrong size. Between being late and taking their time to set up, a half day was already wasted. After calling the office irate many times we finally had a manager come to babysit the crew so they would do their job. Then we had to wait another 2 weeks for the re-ordered windows to arrive (after having waited 8 weeks). The same crew showed up to install them but when we asked why they were two hours late again they cussed us out and drove away with our windows!!! I have never been treated like this at my own home. How unprofessional and what an unnecessary headache . All said and done I had to take off work for partial or full days on 7 different occasions for what was supposed to be a 1-day job. The quality is pretty good and I am happy with the finished product.

All were punctual, polite & professional, 1 salesperson & 6 carpenters.

The employees were professional, helpful, and polite. They cleaned up any mess they made and made sure we were happy with the results. The overall result appears to be excellent.

They started work with in the time frame agreed upon. The quality of the product was excellent. The quality of workmanship was better than expected. Very good craftsmanship. I was very impressed with the window trim both inside and out after they were done. The installers were knowledgeable about their product and very friendly. We dealt with a salesman, two installers who did the windows and one installer who did the patio cover. Each of them would be employees I would employee if I had a business similiar to Champion windows. Their work site was cleaned each night and orderly during the day. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned up the work site. Way to go guys.

The guys were a little late, but apologized. There were 3 of them and a 2 day project easily became 1.

The 3 young men were sub contractors for champion & has worked 8-10 years with champion introduced themselves - shook hands smiled – good eye contact. Well organized & professional.

Excellent experience. Jim was excellent. He was polite, courteous and worked to get us in our budget. Install crew was very professional and thorough. They were quick, tidy and efficient.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I spoke with a rep in February, 2015 about my window project and that same night placed the order and sent a deposit. The job wasn't 100% completed until JULY, 2015! One of the windows, the large window in my living room was a custom window that had to have a half-round window constructed specially so I expected it to take a little longer than the typical 4-6 weeks. However, when the installers came out is when all the trouble began...that was roughly 6-7 weeks after ordering all the windows. When the installers put the large, custom window in, they discovered that the frame was cracked (personally, I think the installer did this upon installation but blamed the company for sending him a broken window, but that's neither here nor there). So...we had no other choice but to order a new custom window for that one. That same day, they discovered that they didn't have the correct color of caulk for the other windows so we had to reschedule to do that also at a later date. Upon inspection of the upstairs windows, I discovered that there was some marring on one of the sashes and requested that it also be replaced. Several weeks later (we're into early April by now) they sent out two other installers with the replacement sash but the mullions inside the window were the wrong color and they still didn't have the correct color caulk. So... yet another re-order had to be placed. Still no sign of the large custom window that had to be reordered. Meanwhile, the front of my home is looking awful because the window they put in had A. a broken frame and B. messy exposed foam caulk was showing all around the window frame since they couldn't finish until the new window was in place. It was like that for 6-7 weeks! In late May the new window FINALLY arrived and it was installed along with the new sash upstairs and proper color caulk. HOWEVER, when the job was finished, they left the inside area around the large window a mess with an uneven caulking job, trashed drywall around the window that they sloppily plastered, so I demanded Champion hire, at their expense, a painter to come out and correct the problem. They begrudgingly agreed but it wasn't until July when I had out of town relatives visiting, did the painter show up to fix the problem. After countless telephone calls, emails, etc., I was EXTREMELY displeased with this company's lack of customer service and the ability to do things right the first time! At one point, at my most exasperated, I asked to talk to the actual manager of the whole company to find out if they could at least knock off some of the existing balance to placate my dissatisfaction. The guy actually had the nerve to offer me RESTAURANT COUPONS!!!! Yes, restaurant coupons! I literally laughed out loud. No other compensation was ever offered and I was in fact told that they didn't give money back! I will never hire this company to replace my windows again. I have the whole back side of my home's windows to replace also which will cost probably the same as the front and I will definitely go to their competitor. Egregious operation all the way around!

Installers arrived on time and did a great job all windows & doors look great inside & out.

From the initial bid to installation, staff at Champion were professional and pleasant to work with. We had no problems and the process was easy.

The 3 team crew worked together like a train, they were on time and worked efficiently and fast. They did an awesome job.
