From start to finish very professional and totally seamless.

Amazing...the guys were wonderful and I thank them every time I can open a window without hurting myself. My home was built in 1953 so the windows were very old and very heavy. I'm saving more money to get a sunroom built.

The salesman that gave us the estimate was friendly and came in the evening so he could talk to me and my husband. We signed everything that night and ordered our windows. He said roughly I would be looking at the middle of January for our installation. January rolled around and I hadn't heard anything yet about an install date so I did have to call them and ask. They had me set for February 2nd but she had some openings so moved me up sooner. Installer called when he was on his way and since I had the double pane aluminum windows that all the old mobile homes have it was a 3 day process to rip and tear and then install and finish everything up. Tim and Tom were my installers they knew what they were doing and had a good time while they were at it. I am very pleased with their work, all my new windows and sliding door!!

Bill & Ed (Windows) prompt, efficient, friendly. Joe & crew (siding) prompt, hard workers. Travis (gutters) prompt, helpful with suggestions. All crews great - cleaned up completely.

Estimate done in a timely manner, although due to my measurements, was inaccurate - so champion intervened on my behalf with insurance company

Great. I was at work. My daughter apparently left so they were often alone. The workers spectacular & the house is clean. I called to order 2 more windows!

Arrived on time - went right to work - stayed focused on work. Asked questions when necessary. Polite. Cleaned up after. On the 20th big rain storm - no leaks!!

The replacement went well, done on time. Work that was quoted in estimate that was extra was not completed and company rep. denied it was included in estimate, wanted to recharge. We did not have extra work done.

Jeremy and his crew arrived promptly and removed and replaced 5 windows. They cleaned up the area of service and were friendly and efficient during and upon completion of the job.

The three men who worked here were very professional, polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the first day they came to work there was still quite a bit of snow and ice from a previous storm. My husband is an invalid and I had tried to shovel but was unable to remove hardly anything due to the ice. They were very kind and just asked for a shovel and took care of everything. The last day the person working on the windows had to deal with winds that gusted over 50 mph. He just joked about working in this country. I couldn't have hand picked better people to work on my home. This has always been the treatment I have received from Champion over more than 20 years and the reason I will only call them when I need a service they offer

Mike and Eric from Champion were right on time. Both days and went about the business replacing the windows and door without delay. They were courteous and pleasant throughout.

Beautifully. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They didn't even mind that my 5 year old was making conversation with them the whole time and they tried to leave the upstairs work for when my 1 year old wasn't sleeping.

Champion in Loveland has been a great company everything we work with them. Them. The appraiser, the measure and the installed were all friendly, pleasant and professional. The office staff ( Arcing) are polite, very responsive and helpful. Would happily work with Champion again.

Everything was done in one day. Only slight issue I had was that they installed an unfinished frame around a window that replaced a smaller window at our request. They left it for us to finish, which would have been easier if we were not senior citizens.

We have used Champion in the past and should have gone with our first experience and not repeated our business. First off, their coupons are no more than a way to get in the door. We had this same experience last time. You request a free in home quote and after they give you the quote you present your coupon. The sales rep says that he is already giving you the best possible deal and then shows you a grossly over inflated price sheet. This happened twice. Once with a coupon that was buy three windows, get the fourth for free and another time with a 30% off coupon. Also, they will not give a quote unless both homeowners are present. This can prove challenging when you have two work schedules you are trying to coincide. The first time we used this company we had no issues with the installation crew. Not the case the second go around. They arrived two hours before the appointment and did not call ahead. I don't recall Champion using sub contractors before, but this time they were in unmarked trucks and plain clothes.

They were on time professionally did the work in a timely fashion very good workers.

The installers (3) were on time and worked all day not even breaking for lunch. They left everything tidy and the windows look great! They were also very pleasant.

Very smoothly. Clean up wasn't superior--I fished hardware caulk & metal siding out of gardens.

The salesman was well informed and not pushy at all. The gentleman who measured was efficient & friendly. The two installers, were great. They were so professional, timely, friendly & clean. Not a thing was left that said they were here.

Oh my God so great their not cheap but like my mom always said you get what you pay for you usually and we had a predicament were we had a slider patio door and it was unusually was it was not traditional sized so we couldn't go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get a replacement door for it, the builders built these houses I don't know where they get their drawings from but they made it be an odd size door and so we had to get like a customer size new slider put in and the best part is they have a built in dog door and we had a rat wilder puppy at the time that was supposed to be my son's dog that was only here for three weeks that was a year an half ago we had to guess what size he might grow to and we just went with the very biggest door and so it took some like emotional hand holding because we weren't sure and it was a lot of money and I wish I can remember the name of the salesman that came out to the house and he spent a lot of time with us and he was right about it the old glass let the key in through that bounce off the concrete patio and it just baked that dinning area and that kitchen area and he said he's really honest he didn't say it will keep it warmer in the winter he only said in the summer it's gonna keep it cooler and he was right so like we were happy to get the size door we got the size doggy door which is ginormous for this huge dog that we have now and the salesman he was so personable and such a sincere guy and I would tell any body if you can afford the Champion window then go with them.
