Description of Work: New roof on my home. The Roof Manager was great, he was there and checked on the job. The material used was the best and he installed new roof vents. Very happy with the job. Deal with the manager not the salesperson as the price is higher with salesperson. The date is approximate

Description of Work: The salesman called and set up an appointment. He was on time and took measurements of roof and windows. Said they did metal roofs but when he sent me an estimate they no longer did them. The windows he wanted to sell were cheaply made and way over priced. the roof was a little over priced.Did not use them.

Description of Work: We bought a new sliding glass door for our living room. The ordering process was very easy and the door was custom built for our installation. It actually arrived about a week before the estimated time and was installed quickly and professionally. The door has made a HUGE difference in the amount of heat reflected into the house in the summer; it is much cooler in the room! We will be replacing the rest of the windows in the house with Champion windows!

Description of Work: I used Champion for both windows and a sun room. The quality of the work (so far) has been excellent, but the completion dates and follow-up have not been good. Originally the sun room was to be done by the end of October and it is now January and it is not completed. Calls to the sales staff for updates were not returned. eventually I had to escalate to regional director. This helped, but should not have had to take place.

Description of Work: They came, did their sales pitch, were very knowledgeable, no pressure, very professional. They told me what would happen, when it would happen and who would do the work. The installers were fabulous, did an excellent job and even all little extra! The windows are great and have really changed out heating bill for the better!

Description of Work: They came in and replaced all our windows and our slider, and our front door. Very clean and answered any questions you had. We didn't have a mess to clean up after they left. One year later we had our door to the garage replaced, Love all the work done. For the windows, slider, and front door it took only 1 day!

Description of Work: They replaced a door and a window this year. Several years ago they replaced more than have of the windows in our home under an insurance claim for hail damage. They did excellent work and their products are high quality. It does take a very long time (months) between ordering an item and having it installed, although they did warn us up front about the long lead time. Their prices are also many time higher than the cheapest alternative. I highly recommend them if your insurance company is paying the bill and you are not in a hurry--otherwise, shop around.

Description of Work: They replaced our entire roof. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. They stripped the old roof, put down a new water proof membrane, and new shingles. They changed the venting from "turtle vents" to a ridge vent system. They cleaned everything up and there was no debris left for us to clean. The roof looks great and we haven't had any issues with water or wind. We are VERY happy.
