They were great! They had to make some adjustments due to me being a in a wheelchair, they were fantastic. I couldn't be happier!

The overall experience was very good from estimate to installation to anything I might need afterwards. They were professional, on time, and they let us know when they were coming.

I just can’t say enough good things about this company and their workers. They were on time, went right to work, were quick, cleaned up messes, and were very professional. They even went out of their way to rehang our curtains after installing the windows. We did have one problem with a window but with one call they fixed it immediately. They certainly don’t waste any time to respond to our calls. We highly recommend them to others.

The guys that came up were pretty much on time, cleaned up after themselves and they went above and beyond what they were contracted to do! Some of my windows had blinds on them that I didnt' know how to hang back up, so they did this for me. They were so good, and very polite. Their pricing was in line with other companies that I got estimates for.

They are fast with a little mess. The biggest frustration was the skylight leaks, but they did come back and fix it once the weather cooperated.

They were supposed to wrap the home in Trivix and they did not. The siding was also put on loosely. I felt that the price I paid was a little too expensive for the work they did. Other than those things, they did an excellent job.

Very well. Incredible hard workers with great skills however, Lousy supervisor who treats such good workers badly.

Great job and very responsive when we had a problem with a scratch in a sliding door. They ordered a new one and replaced it quickly. Very professional.

It was wonderful. I used them in the past for a sliding glass door in the past. I've also used them for windows, french doors and a new front doors. I was very happy with their workmanship and they are always punctual.

After the insurance adjustor gave his analysis, we called Champion to come look at what had to be done, we set up a date for the work to be done, and they were on time. They finished the work in less than 2 days.

The work performed was very professional. The windows were installed on an extremely cold day. The installation was completed in a tight time frame. so I could claim an energy tax credit. The estimate was accurate and the estimator was very forthright and honest. I am very satisfied with the products.

Done installing in 7 hours, the installers were nice, and cleaned up their mess. We haven't seen what these windows can do in the winter yet with lowering our heating bills, but so far very pleased with our window purchase with Champion. The windows block out so much outside noise (neighbor dogs, loud trucks), look great, and have helped regulate the summer temps in our home. Great lifetime warranty, great people at the company. They also came in $5000 less than a quote from Precision Windows and Siding.

That was $15,000 job and was well worth the money also. The workmanship was outstanding and I was highly impressed. They knew exactly what they were doing and the work looks great both inside and out.

It went excellent. The windows were put in completely in 1 day (there were 10 total). The next day they came out and completed the outside window. The siding was done by 1 man in a week (the entire house). All workers were extremely cordial, polite, and easy to work with. The weather was cold and the work was still done in a timely manner.

IT IS NOW ALMOST A WEEK LATER & I HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BY A BRANCH MANAGER. IT WAS JUST AN EMPTY PROMISE THEY MADE IN ORDER TO LOOK GOOD ON THE ANGIE'S LIST "PROVIDER RESPONSE." Then again, I wasn't really sure what they'd say to me by responding in 24 hours because everything I had said in my review was 100% true. I was not completely satisfied with the work performed. And for the amount of money spent, that is totally unacceptable. I met w/ the supervisor (Scott) & showed him the problem with the gutters. I told him "I could have done the work myself if I wanted it to look like crap." There was some awkward silence & then he ultimately asked for me to pay in full. So regardless of how I feel about the windows or siding, the poor appearance of the gutters really detracts from the outward appearance of the house. To be specific, they did not "tuck" the gutter straps under the asphalt shingles. I had talked to a roofing company to find out if this would have been possible. The roofing company said "YES. It was possible & that Champion was just being lazy." So not only did Scott not offer to fix the appearance of the gutters, he did not even offer to reduce the price for the "lazy" work performed. His solution was to spray paint the metal straps w/ black spray paint so they weren't so obvious. The straps are still very noticeable & I'm sure the black spray paint won't last very long. I had a local roof & gutter company inspect the gutters. Not only should they have been tucked the metal straps under the asphalt shingles, they found 2 other problems. Two of the downspouts drain the wrong direction. So once the weather get's colder, water will turn to ice in these sections of the gutter. It will never be able to melt & drain properly. The second problem is that the metal straps should have been placed every two feet & instead of every 3 or 4 feet between them. So NOW I will have even MORE unattractive metal straps showing that should have been tucked. And since there are not enough straps, the ice that can't drain properly could rip the gutters right off my roof due to the "dead weight." Totally unacceptable.

I think they are wonderful. They were good workers and did everything perfect.

The work was completed in two weeks by a subcontractor who works exclusively for Champion Window in Fort Collins. This individual was extremely careful and did an outstanding job. He was punctual and attentive to detail. In addition, Jim Baker, the Champion representative who wrote the contract, was great to work with and gave us a fair estimate. He also made sure that we were happy with the work. Champion also manufactures its own siding and the product is guaranteed for life.

We talked to companies in our area and settled on one. They came out and measured the door and windows. We were told our door was not standard size and we would have to have a special ordered door. The cost was $35.00 to come and measure the door and windows. We decided to try another company. I checked Angie's List. Champion received good reviews so we traveled to Loveland, CO. to their showroom. We talked to Scott who was a manager with Champion. He was professional and answered all our questions. He explained how the job would be done and that Champion would make the windows in their factory in Denver, CO. They would have a lifetime warranty on the door, windows and screens. There was no high pressure to buy or sign anything at this meeting. Scott said that if we decided to take the next step he would come out and do the measurements of the door and windows. We decided to buy the door and windows from Champion. Scott arrived on time and did the measurements. Scott entered the information into the contract, we read over the contract. We decided on a down payment of $1,000.00 which we paid at this time. Scott said that Champion would call us when the door and windows were ready to be installed. Scott called us on 9/12/2012 (Wednesday), we set the appointment for 9/14/2012 (Friday) at 8am to 9am. The installers arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. We asked questions and they told us what they would be doing and how, they were nice and friendly. As they were doing the job they cleaned up, there was no mess. They cleaned the door and windows, so when the job was done we didn't have to do any cleaning of the door or windows. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

I was told that a broken window in a patio door had to be replaced with an entire 8' sliding door unit for $2,600+ and that just the window could not be replaced. I called another glass service and the window is to be replaced for $395.

It turned out fabulous. We love it. I compared prices with other service providers and everyone else was almost double the price of Champion. They are the best value, quality, and I would recommend them to anyone. The product is totally worth it.

They did an excellent job. They were pretty responsive. The salesperson was really accommodating. They had a guy that came out to install colonial casing for the door and he did an excellent job as well. It did take them a little longer than estimated for manufacturing the windows. They got the door quicker than estimated.

It turned out fine. They had to reorder a window as it was measured wrong and they had to come back. Their was a delay in getting the bill from the financing department but they did get that corrected and that service is handled by a different company. The installation and the windows have been great.

It turned out great. We shopped around 5 different manufacturers and found this to be the second best door but the price was exceptional compared to the other door. Tim did the best installation that I have ever seen. We have purchased a second door under the condition that he does the install in the future. We have been very pleased with the product. The install to us was a big deal and that made it a really thrilling experience.
