Sales rep was very helpful and easy to get a hold of...until I signed a contract and put down a deposit. It has been 6 weeks since then and I have left 5-6 detailed and patient voicemails for the salesman and his manager, none have been returned. The main office will answer my calls but only to validate my financial information before forwarding me to yet another voice mail recording. Hoping to avoid the headache of a scam so if anyone has proof this is just a terrible business that would be appriciated.

The service was good. They were very professional and called to verify appointment times. They followed up after the installation and it was a great experience. It was more expensive than expecting, but I was pleased with the quality of the window. He left a ladder but I caught the guy before he drove off. He cleaned up well and I have no complaints.

The first crew did not do the work to my satisfaction. I called champion and they were great about it. They sent another crew to correct the job. It was spectacular and I was extremely pleased. They cleaned up well and left nothing behind. They laid down tarps and removed their shoes. They were very considerate about the cleanliness of the job.

As a new Angie's List member, I relied upon the referrals to identify a reliable company to install 6 windows in my 22 year old home. Ladd Williams, as the factory representative, coordinated the job and was knowledgable of his product and easy to work with. September 20, 2013, saw the measuring of my custom windows. November 22, 2013, culminated the installation process by a team of brothers who work with the precision and care reflected in years of successful teamwork. Kenny and Jeremy worked as well-trained duo, each focusing on a task and performing it with a minimal interference to the schedule of my home. Concerned with the loss of heat inside during a below-freezing day, they worked quietly and efficiently to get the job done, and done correctly. They readily answered all of my questions. Insulating around the windows was of paramount concern to me. They took great care in ensuring all the air spaces were filled and the frames/flashing sealed. Having them install the windows made a disruptive and stressful event move smoothly and quickly. The Johnson brothers are affable and very pleasant to work with. They had a job and they performed it with great professionalism and concern for the client, me. Champion windows are locally produced and I feel good about supporting Colorado products. Champion also accepts credit cards, which was a large factor in my selecting them.

Estimator, Jim Baker, arrived within 24 hours and provided an estimate on site. Measurer arrived when he said he would. Installers were here with a few weeks. Installers were careful of our hardwood floors by putting down tarp. Installation took about a half day. They were efficient, pleasant and the windows look great. I have previously committed to Champion Windows for a different floor of the house. Both experiences were great. I love the ease of cleaning and all in family believe windows are much better insulation than previous new home windows by builder.

My experience overall went very well. They were helpful and professional. The pricing was reasonable after negotiating a bit. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Champion matched other quotes we were given. We like the fact that they are local, have their own installers and insulate the cavities of the frame. It ends there. One large window was measured correctly but built incorrectly. The order was rushed, but this was eight weeks after the initial agreement, and so we had to wait yet another week for the job to be finished. When the first windows were installed one of the screens was ripped, but installed anyway, when we asked to have it fixed, they took a week to do so and re-installed a ripped screen. Eventually they fixed it, and another, on site. They left some of the exterior trim unfinished so that I could re-point some concrete next to the trim. Once I had, and the missing window arrived, they came back to finish the install. They used a different colored caulking on one seam (looked terrible) and then painted the masonry next to one (and only one) trim strip, and in a very sloppy manner. The result is that one trim looks like it is 5 inches wide while none of the other masonry was painted (and I would NOT want it painted, but I was never asked). Lastly we had the full wood trim and sill install. It looks great on the prices that fit, however three of the six sills do not fit flush with the wall. I understand that older houses are not square, but a custom install should be just that, custom. My last point of contention is that whenever I have talked to Scott, the foreman evidently, he was unconcerned that work was done poorly and never apologized that we had to have things re-done other than the big window.

Two workers arrived on time, about 8:30 and worked with one break till noon. Dragged windows across vinyl floors left two noticeable scratches, and cleaned up well after themselves.

They did the work that was necessary per ag mom agreement over the phone with me and meeting with my mom directly. They removed the old windows and installed the new windows in. I was not personally there I help her with finances so can only tell you my mom was happy with what was done and it was done for the price agreed over the phone. Yuma is almost 150 miles from Fort Collins and they drove out to look at the windows and provided an estimate of required work and did what was necessary. She had been contacted by a traveling salesman from another company but one that i was not familiar with and so i checked with Angie's list for recommendations and was referred to Champion. I am sure others could have done an estimate for less. I am confident the quality of the windows will be without question, and being able to talk with them from Texas and feel like they provided fair pricing along with taking care of all the work without me having to go there was reassuring. Thanks to Tom for taking care of this to my mom's satisfaction and for the amount of the estimate. They allowed the payment to be split up with a down payment before work was initiated and final payment after job was done satisfactorily without additional interest. Would use them again.

From start to finish, I had a very positive experience. The customer service people on the phone were prompt and very helpful. The installer did an excellent job and cleaned up the work area. We were very pleased.

Very high quality products. Manf. in Colorado for the Co. climate. Nice sales experience A small problem with hardware broken during installation but they made it right quickly. All in all a good experience. Don't expect any cut rate deals with this provider. But the quality is HIGH.

The estimator came out and looked at the windows, and than gave me a price for the two small basement windows, and the estimate came in at $1573. I am 75 years old, and feel either they didn't want to do this small job, or they made me an object of age discrimination. The windows are about $225 apiece. I was saddened by their treatment of me. Older people beware??

Very professional and punctual service. Don't think you're going to get a low ball price. These folks sell quality windows made in Denver for high altitude application. The quality is worth the higher price.

The guys were here when they said they would be, left no mess, did a very efficient and great job. Windows look great!

Arrived on time. 2 installers worked steadily. No guessing or hesitation. Insulated around doors. Fixed bad hung door problem. Cleaned up after beautiful job.

Tim Holm, the installer, was fantastic. The job performed was great. I decreased the rating because the person who sold the windows to was elderly and the cost effectiveness for this disabled person was not here.

Our salesman was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. The guy who measured our window openings showed up when scheduled and was great, friendly and professional. The windows, one door and slider arrived in a very timely manner, in fact sooner then expected and since it was getting cooler I was willing to get the install started sooner rather than wait for the other door to arrive. Here's where the low professionalism grade comes. Although the installers arrived when scheduled they were very unprofessional, with swearing, smoking, playing loud music, complaining about the company they work for as well as the job, rolling eyes and annoyed attitude when I would ask questions about what they were doing and a ridiculous amount of excessive bathroom usage and I had to spend two days with these guys. I told our salesman who came out on the second day to check the progress of the job and he was receptive and listened to my issues with the installers, but it was left to me to fill out the review card, so I am not sure if he passed on my information. When it was time to have the other door installed a week later I told them to send a different crew, which they did, and they were much better. Arrived when scheduled, professional and did a good job, including caulking the outside window that the first couple missed. I really love the doors and windows they work great and look good.

The two sub contractors from Champion arrived on time, were very professional with their work, finished in a timely manner and did a terrific job.

From the salesman, who was extremely courteous, to the installer who built the room, who was efficient, competent and punctual. We had a very good experience. Our salesman, kept in communication and was very responsive.

They custom made my windows and let me know when they would install them. They were very prompt and completed the work in 1 day. The new windows have saved me about $40 a month in my energy costs. I really love my windows and patio door. The salesmen showed me how the windows worked and explained their product well.

They were prompt in scheduling the original appointment and my rep was always on time and returned my phone calls promptly. My windows were delivered and installed on the date they said they would be. I watched much of the install to make sure the installers did their job correctly and I was impressed with the attention to detail and their skills. They were friendly and very competent and neat. They cleaned up very nicely. I also had them install new trim around the inside of my windows. They did a perfect job on the mitered corners and my windows look great. The difference in heat & cold coming in to my house is huge! These are really great windows. The sliding door has double locks and is solid. I'm very happy with their products & their service.

Steve Lambert came out and told me he could take care of the windows. The windows are great and they work. They were not cheap, but compared to the other quotes it was wonderful. I am very happy with them.
