Description of Work: Took out old carpet and replaced it with ceramic tile. Changed windows and put in new blinds. Installed hardwood flooring in two of the bedrooms. Replaced carpet in master bedroom. Put new tile in bathrooms and added grab bars. Refinished ceiling in kitchen and installed new appliances. Finished sidewalls of garage and coated the floor. Installed new garage door opener. Painted all walls and railings. Installed ceiling fans in all bedrooms and basement. Replaced main door and screen door.

+ -1 moreCurtis Doyon appeared promptly, at the scheduled time, to provide an estimate. We were especially appreciative of his attention to detail. His carpentry is excellent. When issues arose--as they do on jobs like this, especially with an older house--he consulted with us before proceeding. During the painting process we were pleased with how careful he was (no drips, no paint on shrubs or bushes, masked handles, fixtures, and hardware carefully, etc.). He put up masking on the day of work and took it down that day. We did not need to live in a house with masked-up windows, as some of our neighbors have done during painting work by other vendors...also, it can be very windy here, and masking left in place can be a problem. Mr. Doyon kept us informed of his schedule, always telling us when he would be back, and always meeting his commitments. We're pleased with the result and also pleased with how the process went.
Description of Work: All-Pro Builders did house trim repair and replacement (including a full door frame) in addition to painting the entire exterior. The House was built in the 70's and had not been re-painted for years, some siding and trim had deteriorated. Several areas required multiple coats of paint because of poor condition of siding.
