Air Medic

Description of Work: Had visited vendor's booth at Home and Garden show in Cheyenne the first part of May 2012. Spoke with representative at show with my questions. The following week Shannon called and we set up a visit to the house for an estimate and for her to check out vents etc. Shannon showed me some debris in a couple of the air vents. She also checked the furnace and the air filter to make sure I had correct size . There was a special price plus a cleaning of my dryer vent for the home show if I booked an appointment by the end of May. I did book for the end of October, which was not a hassle at all. The company called the day before to reconfirm an appointment for the morning of October 25. They answered my questions on what I may need to do prior to the technician arriving. Sam called the morning of Oct 25 to reconfirm the time again and the address. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. He went over what he would be doing, since I had never had the ducts cleaned before. One thing I liked about this company was that the technician put coverings over his shoes when he walked in and had a covering down the stairway and through the family room to where the furnace is-no mess at all. He was done in about 3 hours, that included cleaning my dryer vent. He cleaned up quickly and thoroughly and left. Before he left he gave me a coupon for a free furnace check up by his company which I intend to take advantage of. All in all I would defintely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. I will definitely use them again in the future.
